Core Module: A half-day face-to-face module that talks about the basic human rights principles, the power of language in the creation of an inclusive work environment and unconscious bias, and gives an introduction to the basic concepts regarding substance use, disabilities, sexual orientation and gender identity, and mental health. This should always be the first module implemented as it lays the foundation for the three other modules. This session is suitable for workplaces that want to start a conversation about diversity, inclusion, standards of conduct, conflict prevention, staff well-being and related topics.
Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity: A half-day face-to-face module that explains the basics of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and other related concepts. During the session participants can expect to hear directly from LGBTI individuals, and from UN leadership regarding what is expected from an inclusive workplace where dignity for all should be guaranteed. This module is an ideal starting point for workplaces that want to make improvements on diversity, or for those who have to work on issues regarding human rights and sexual diversity as per the mandate of the organisation and the directives of the UN Secretary General.
Durga Nandini, 36, heads communication of a well-known online petition platform. She talks about the need for gender-sensitive workplaces, equal parenting, and recognizing women’s vital role in the labour force.

Via its simple principle of a fourth expanding dimension, LTD Theory provides a unifying, foundational *physical* model underlying relativity, quantum mechanics, time and all its arrows and asymmetries, and the second law of thermodynamics. The detailed diagrams demonstrate that the great mysteries of quantum mechanical nonlocality, entanglement, and probability naturally arise from the very same principle that fosters relativity alongside light's constant velocity, the equivalence of mass and energy, and time dilation.

The fourth training cycles on Aquaculture Principles and Aquatic Animal Health Management
conducted at FAIH (WorldFish Egypt) in collaboration with the Norwegian Veterinary Institute (NVI) from 15 -21st October 2022, as part of Increased Sustainability in the Aquaculture Sector in SSA, through improved Aquatic Animal Health Management (AHA) project with total number of 20 participants representing Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique and Zambia
The training is funded by The Norwegian agency for development cooperation

This is a photo I made of a six minute video explaining the early flying dinosaurs, Pterosaurs the was playing in the special exhibit of our California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. The writing on each of the two video screen shots are self explanatory. The interesting exhibit room was filled with information about these ancient bird and the principles of flight even for some creatures that were 16 feet - nearly 5 meters - tall. The wind tunnel screen caught my attention before I could capture the image. I after shooting the flying dinosaur screen I waited for the video to recycle to get the wind tunnel image. I shot this using my Canon Powershot SX50 at speed preferred setting.

The principles of design that are present are movement and emphasis. The lines of the roof create a sense of movement that draws the viewer's eye to the focal point, creating emphasis. In order to take this, I went to my church and was able to catch this bird on the roof. In Photoshop, I changed the light gray sky to blue because I didn't like it before. I like how I was able to find both geometric and organic shapes. One thing that I would change would be to somehow take a picture of some of the birds that were flying.
