Glorious poutine

From Harveys on Peel Street. Eh. It was Poutine with fast food fries, and slightly crappy cheese curds. Still poutine, and still awesome.

At Restaurant Ma-Am-M Bolduc

the assembly process. I poured about half the gravy onto the dough. the fries were cooked almost all the way, about 12 minutes. then the rest of the gravy on top. the saliva was palpable at this point.

Festival de la Poutine, Drummondville (Canada)

From BQM - Beer and Quality Meats in Toronto

We both had La Taquise (tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole).

Day 23 - First off did not have internet so I could not upload this last night.

But getting back to the story. On the road and had to make a stop in Canmore at La Belle Patate. Here is a picture of John whom I believe to be the owner. When we walked in we were greeted by him and went over the sizes and different kinds. We ended up getting Mexican and Supreme. I found the supreme to be pretty good note there was bacon lol. The Mexican was ok it was a bit on the salty side but good none the less. After that just chilled and relax, so we chilaxed yeah a mix of the 2. Like that scotia bank commercial "Chexican".

Other cool stuff we did today was walk on water. Well not quite Lake Louise is still frozen so we ventured out onto it. Stayed up late and saw Wills & Kates vows.
