Another pose...I've been told that the comment box is not showing up for some people in the other pose. I have noticed that there is not many comments for the amount of views. I uploaded this one to see if it works.
I love Yoga. This is one of my favourite poses. It must mean i am so very balanced.... or something...?

Praying Mantis posing for me. I was mesmerized when it stopped and looked directly at me, as if to pose a direct pose for me. The rare juxtaposition (posing) of the legs are almost almost perfect yet also entertaining.

1. First, put your feet apart.
2. Bend your knees just a little bit. Your right knee should be bent more than left one.
3. Lean your body forward.
4. Place your hand between your legs.
5. Raise your chin and drop your eyes.
6. Then you look like a model !!
After missing out on a trig point jump yesterday.. (there were not any proper trigs!) We got to this one today - Whitwell Moor in Sheffield..
