Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Cidadania (CCJ) realiza sabatina de indicado para ministro do Superior Tribunal Militar (STM).
O indicado é o militar que nasceu em Varginha (MG) e iniciou a carreira na Marinha em 1975. Promovido ao posto de almirante de Esquadra em 2018, atuou como chefe do Estado-Maior da Armada e chefe de Assuntos Estratégicos e de Operações Conjuntas do Estado-Maior Conjunto das Forças Armadas.

El Poder Judicial impulsa el uso de la tecnología en materia de oralidad

• Se instalan equipos de audio y video en Ciudad Serdán y Tehuacán
El Poder Judicial acerca la justicia a todos los municipios del Estado de Puebla, con la entrega de herramientas tecnológicas con las que cientos de poblanos podrán realizar audiencias de manera ágil y eficaz.
Roberto Flores Toledano, Magistrado Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, hizo entrega de tres equipos de alta tecnología para grabar en tiempo real audiencias orales, mercantiles y especiales.
El equipo se entregó a los Jueces Carlos Guillermo Ramírez Rodríguez, de Ciudad Serdán, así como a Hugo Alejandro Teutli Cruz y Carlos Isaac Ramírez Nava de los Juzgados 1º y 2º de lo Civil de Tehuacán respectivamente.
Este sistema de cómputo tiene la facilidad de ser portátil, consta de un micrófono con capacidad de grabación con alcance de 180 grados y dos cámaras HD que generan audio y video en formato DVD.
Flores Toledano confió en que con este apoyo los juzgados brindarán un mejor servicio y resaltó la importancia de aprovechar los recursos e impulsar el uso de la tecnología en materia de oralidad.
La implementación de estos equipos agilizará trámites sin gastar papel y habrá una reducción importante de tiempo y esfuerzo.
Con esta labor, el Poder Judicial cumple con una impartición de justicia pronta, expedita y garante de los derechos humanos.

The biggest street party in La Paz is a religious festival with a carnival feel. The "Festividad del Senor del Gran Poder", the festival stems from a cult that developed around a painting of the Trinity of the early 17th century. From the 1930s, street processions began, headed up by an image of a dusky Christ carried on a ceremonial bier. Nowadays the event has a strong folkloric element, with more than 50 "brotherhoods" contributing costumed participants, adopting varied themes such as Incas, conquistadors, colonialists and so on. Thousands of dancers follow the parade, their voluminous skirts twirling along the way. Eating and drinking plays a prominent role in the day’s celebrations.
