I downsized my low volume plus blocks to 5" and made this zipper pouch. Dimensions for the 5" block are here.
I used Lawson and Lotti's tutorial for the pouch, here... lawsonandlotti.blogspot.com/2012/01/quilted-zipper-pouch-... It's a great tutorial as you sew the zip in before adding the batting and doing the quilting, no broken needles, hooray! I cut into a few of my 10" low volume squares from Rebecca's awesome low volume swap.

I have a phone call into ODOT (Oregon Department of Transportation) to find out the correct name for the black things that look like stabilizers. ODOT called me back, which was a nice surprise, and the lady said they don't really have a special name; they just call them heavy rubber bases.
