Taken earlier this summer when I was playing around with the B&W 10 stop ND filter on some local playing fields.

The bus graveyard at Kramer Junction, CA. At one time in the late 1980s there were dozens of '60s-vintage Los Angeles city buses discarded out here, parked nose to tail in tight, long rows. Many visits through the 90s saw the collection shrink as the buses were slowly broken up for scrap. By the turn of the century they were all gone, recycled or absorbed into other area junkyards.
Shot January 1998 in a bitterly cold, steady wind. Night, full moon, 160T film, 6 minute exposure, red and green-gelled strobe flash. Wow, that was 10 years ago . . .

After 3 1/2 Mojitos & a large delicious Cuban meal, walking back to my hotel room was not an option.
I guess the cool thing about getting a cab tonight was that I took less than 20 minutes this time. Being a Black man trying to get a cab in Manhattan can be a bitch!
This was inspired in my art history class. Our Professor is a print artist and she showed us her portfolio. In it was a piece that had a woman with the word "please" written across her lips. Our Professor told us it meant please listen to me. Mine doesn't exactly mean that. It means whatever you want it to mean because I as an artist have only come to the conclusion that I want it to represent frustration and pain. So take from it what you will.

4. I got a new puppy about a week ago, a pomeranian
5. I'm allergic to pretty much everything, shes the only kind of dog...no animal... I'm not allergic too.

7. No one knows what Borla is so I'll tell you in case you fall into that category, it's the exhaust I have on my car.

9. For some reason I capitalize and punctuate a lot on flickr, I don't normally do that.
10. I curse a decent amount in real life as well, I don't really know why I keep it off of here.

672. 9/2 "Relaxing"
Today, most of us here in the US are taking it easy and enjoying a day off, so in honor of that, show us your dog relaxing today.
It is hot and extremely humid today. We have the air conditioner on, but only MY silly dog would sleep inside a cave bed on a day like this !
He clearly does NOT want to be disturbed.....

Well, here's Dilly's "played with" photo... as people were encouring about the last one, I thought I'd put this up today :)
Taken out on walk, I don't often carry biscuits with me so Dilly is always very excited when I do occassionally bring some. I was trying to get her to stand on her back legs, she decided to use me to lean on though...

I feel so guilty taking 10 minutes to put this photo on with all the work I still have to do. The movers are picking everything up in two weeks and I have too many dolls. Too much stuff but I wanted Rosa to know I received Gaby and love her very much! She is adorable and thank you for making such a darling doll!
I miss my flickr friends and will catch up on everyone's Stream when the move is over. The snow is melting here and summer is on the way. I hope you all have a wonderful spring and summer!
