December is a fun month in itself, so how about we make it a little more exciting? I propose a challenge—a stupid challenge!
In celebration of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, I am excited to announce the LEGO Star Wars On A Toilet Contest!
How do you enter? It's easy! Simply take your favorite Star Wars LEGO and put it on, around, (or if you dare) in a toilet, photograph, and add it to the group here.
Why such a silly challenge? Well why not?! It's easy, it's fun, and it's free!
Rules:
Let's keep things fun and clean. Biological waste (human, animal, or otherwise) will not be accepted. And if you clean your toilet your mom will be happy!
Other forms of toilets are acceptable (training potties, pet litter boxes, LEGO toilets, etc.)
Custom LEGO Star Wars minifigs are acceptable.
Entries will be judged by myself and Will Galbraith and the winner will receive some unique Star Wars: The Force Awakens promotional items found only in Japan.

Our Daily Challenge "Begins With P"
This is an old oil painting on canvas that my father painted a very long time ago. It has passed hands throughout the family and at some point was mistreated as now there is a mess of what looks like varnish all over it. Does anyone happen to know the best way to repair this myself without ruining it further? I am very happy to have it in my possession and would like to hang it on my wall. My dad was a gifted artist who didn't usually think so of himself. Most of his paintings didn't even get signed by him (this one was!) because he was displeased with how they came out - I think. His art was entered into a local gallery contest once, without him knowing it...and it ended up winning a large amount of money. Even still, to talk to him today about his talent, he shuns it off as less than it is. Nonetheless, I admire this about him :) His focus was landscapes - nature scenes with the occasional deer, and rough seas like this one - sometimes with boats, evoking some scary childhood boating memories for me, of being out on the boat in turbulent waters that don't intimidate him as the avid boatsman.

I just recognized that I only posted shots from inside scotland yet even though those were only 3 days of our trip. So I decided to upload a shot from the city of cities: LONDON. I somehow fell in love with the scene when I stood there and the result pretty much shows what I saw. I really like all about this shot. Even though its not full of a story such as the others I posted.
