Amtrak Phase III heritage NPCU 406 leads the eastbound Illinois Zephyr through Westmont, IL.

I had to put my commissions aside for today because I had to make this fig. I apologize if you're waiting on commissions, this is a special custom made for my friend whose birthday is tomorrow. In fact, I've known him since I was little and he's the person who got me interested into LEGO Star Wars in the first place, so I'm here doing what I do thanks to him. These decals are sort of outdated (older arm template), but they still convey the custom. I'm aware this isn't completely accurate to P2 armor, but I forgot to make new templates when I first printed these decals. Anyways, let me know what you think, and if you fave, comment too please!

Still trying to find "Caedra" the search continues

AMTK 320 and 309 lead northbound Amtrak Coast Starlight 14 through Springfield, Oregon and will soon be arriving at the next station stop at Eugene. This is my first catch of the Coast Starlight powered exclusively by ALC-42s. 5/03/2023.

This is the same wagon as the one viewed in the previous picture (91010) . The former OBA - previously pictured with sides removed - is now seen with the half height steel ends also removed. When EWS took over flask trains from B.R. they inherited these wagons but when DRS took over from EWS, EWS took the PFAs with them.

In 1994 the Waste Monitoring and Compaction Plant (WAMAC) at Sellafield entered into active commissioning and began compacting solid Low Level Waste for disposal to the Low Level Waste Repository (LLWR) at Drigg using half height ISO containers designated TC-01 (2910 series). Prior to that, waste had been moved in commercially available industrial waste skips. A more robust type of re-useable container was tried in the 1990s but was short lived because the WAMAC system rendered them redundant.

Containers like this, designated TC-05 remained in use for many years in the nuclear industry but after 1995 saw little use on trains.

Amtrak's Southwest Chief arrives on time at Fullerton with Phase IV heritage unit 184 on the point of the train. The Chief as of late has been arriving on track three apposed to track one as of late generally due to late running Pacific Surfliners going North. Which makes catching the Chief's stop at Fulllerton more of a challenge due to the tight space on the south platform and the tumbleweeds around the signals, so a pan attempt like this seemed to be the slightly better option.

I know, it' s not technically perfect, but I need to publish it now.

Simply, it's me.

My phases, as the Moon.

As the Moon I grow, as the Moon I decrease.

All adversities overcome the window shopping got underway. Of course when shopping for windows one does notice what's behind the glass. normally dresses and one simply must try them on. ok enough of the pose talk lol.

Had my eye on this dress from Phase eight for some time and as its out of my price range it was safe to try it on.

Not sure I like the dress or should that should be the pattern !the dress feels lovely to wear but the size18 is a little big and the 16 a little small. oh well back on the hanger it goes until the sales.

I love my Phase Fresnel lenses; so small and light and still able to reach out and 'touch' those distant birds!

And once in a while they produce some very interesting bokeh.

In this shot there was a small stream glittering in the sunshine behind the flowers, making it ideal for showing off those big blobs of concentric circles. They may not be a desirable element in most photos but it is generally easy to avoid this effect so I don't consider it problematic.

This is my ongoing Moon phase project, this started out at approx half of an (average) months worth of the moon's different phases.....but it is growing!.

Our Natural Satellite "rises" approximately 50 minutes later every night, so getting a full months Moon phase has proved impossible to achieve in the same month, add to this cloudy nights (and "day" Moon's).........as I get new phases I will add them to the composite.

Amtrak Maple Leaf P064 is led through Fonda NY by Amtrak's Phase IV heritage unit #184 as a massive storm approaches closely behind it.

I got a request on Facebook on all the changes Zephii went through to look how she is today. :)

1. When she first came home to me! I adopted her from the wonderful April!

2. She went to visit Buff and got her eyes modded to be open!

3. Zephii went to visit AngelToast for the first time and came home so gorgeous!

4. Got her some new glass eyes from Mint on Card.

5. Played around with a new wig color for her from Happy Camille!

6. Got my first LE color wig from Leeke for her in OceanBlue.

7. Got her a new custom colored wig from Happy Camille, it was an AMAZING wig!

8. Got her yet another LE color wig from Leeke, this time in BlueGreen.

9. Vitta-Vera/Tsuminaki painted Zephii's amazing abdomen tattoo! Still super stunning and more amazing in person!

10. Got Zephii a secondhand custom colored wig from DoA's marketplace, it's a cute mix!

11. Sent Zephii away to AngelToast to get revamped! Brand new face-up and also got her eyes opened more! No more sultry Zephii!

12. Made her a custom alpaca wig, which I sold shortly after since I figured I wasn't a fan of alpaca.

13. Got her a new amazing wig from For My Doll! By far, my favorite wig I have ever gotten her. *0*

14. Zephii's eyes were finally replaced by some gorgeous 12mm Mako eyes (IB-017)!

yasica_electro35, 50asa, fortepan,

For the month of May 2019, alot of them are missing

the quality of this photo isn't great but it does give an idea of the dress I fell in love with...well love might be a little over the top but get what I mean.

Yes I am stood in the middle of shop having the photo taken! well the changing room was far to small. The shoes were kindly loaned buy the shop to give a better idea of the dress when worn with heels as my flip flops didn't really cut it :-)

I had such a wonderful experience in all the outlets I visited today and it goes to prove that if we look the part we will be accepted.

Amtrak "Phase 1" heritage unit 156 backs in to Chicago Union Station with one of the Amtrak tour trains during National Train Day, as Amtrak "Phase III" heritage unit 145 pulls out with another tour train.

This scene is no longer repeatable today. This area at Canal Street on the north side of Chicago Union Station has now been covered with a new "air rights" high rise. And Amtrak 145 was damaged in a collision with a cement truck while carrying a bunch of Republican congressmen to a special retreat in early 2018.

Strobist Info: One flash camera right pointed at both the bulb and the background, with an umbrella. A second flash camera left with a mini soft box.

Dublin Bus (Summerhill depot) AX629 passes down the R127 between Skerries and Balbriggan on a 33A working to Balbriggan.

The route will soon change hands go Go=Ahead ireland under the "grand plan" of the NTA, with it and the 17A,33B and 102 changing hands on December 2nd.

November 2018

A recent pleasant evening found the kids and I bouncing around Granite City looking for a special motor on Amtrak. We had plenty to watch as the area was crawling with trains. We watched the Amtrak app report the train getting later and later and we found our sunny windows getting smaller and smaller. Eventually, the Texas Eagle flew down Springfield Sub Main 1 approaching WR Tower with a friendly engineer and a cabbage car along for the ride (heading for Heartland Flyer service to OKC I'm sure).

Thanks for the visit.

Amtrak's initial order of SLC-42 Charger locomotives came in the Phase VI livery that the carrier intended to be limited to a handful of these units. My first sighting of a Charger with this scheme came on Aug. 19 2022, when I caught No. 304 on the point of the northbound City of New Orleans in Humboldt, Illinois.
