Using an Art Impressions stamp for this fun card. Some retro PP for the background. I used Tombow and Distress markers to water colour the stamp. I like that the AI package has a coloured image which shows you how you can shade the stamping. Finished with a little Simon Says Stamp sentiment.

for the whole card, please take a look at the next picture in my photostream :D

stamps: Hero Arts "Spooky Halloween"

patterned papers + stickers: Authentique "Enchanted" collection

added a little bit of glitter (don't know why, but I just love glitter for Halloween projects *lol*)

Day 19

This is the digitally stitched version but you can see the individual pages in my gallery.

I wanted the gems around the journal circle to mimic the orange flashing lights that are sometimes on top of those orange barrels...not sure it worked.

I had to use my brand new MME papers. Love them.

Can I use Doodlebug products on one more layout?!? [Seriously]

This LOAD I'm working on more and more pages about me and my life. Here's another [boring] example.

Journaling reads:

"living in ohio, one gets used to orange barrels. there is ALWAYS construction going on. today, [while stopped in traffic] i got to thinking. these barrels kind of represent my life. there will always be obstacles in the way, bumpy roads up ahead. perhaps i should slow down, use a little caution. construction is typically done to improve something...maybe the orange barrels aren't in the way, maybe they are guiding the way. i've got a plethora of changes going on right now with lots of things changing in terms of priorities. maybe that's not bad. my perspective changed today...so did my priorities. stupid construction. :)"

Supplies Used:

Patterned Paper: My Mind's Eye [grey plaid, numbers], Doodlebug [blue grid, green dots]

Letter stickers: Doodlebug

Ink: Tim Holtz Wild Honey [on letter stickers]

Gems: Mark Richards

Rub-Ons: Doodlebug

Adhesive: Tombow

Pen: Zig

A little card I made for Bella Blvd's 'the Socialite' collection, for display in their booth back in summer CHA. :)

It's such a cute, bright, party line of papers & things! Lovely!

This is a mini I created using my June "Heavenly Kit pps." Shaped tags I created with my SIlhouette SD print and cut feature. You can see more photos of the whole TP mini on my blog here: heatherahudson.blogspot.com/2011/06/bella-creations-mini-...

I found three leftover photos I had printed sometime in November, together with a bunch of others. The others were used for some project or another, and these were left. Now that I found them I realised that they show and symbolize a whole year and that's what this mini is about. Patterned papers, printed photos, pens, needle and thread.

you can see the book in the order it is bound in the set to the right

Um pedido especial, num estilo vintage, e com umas cores que eu adoro, e espero que a Eduarda também ;)

Eu adorei o resultado final, e vocês o que acham??? Será que ela vai gostar???

Still practicing using tags...there are some in my cluster at the top. I am loving the Crate Paper Wonder collection...it is just TOO good. Every layout i make turns out just how I want it, amazing! I did 3 layouts with it on Friday at a crop...this is the first one of the three completed. so glad to finally have finished scrapping these newborn pics of my youngest who is about to turn 2 this month! And NO SC on this page, hahaha!

Just one little stamp on this boy card, but the boy receiving it LOVES dinosaurs, so I thought it was a good combination.

I adapted sketch #4 to create this card. I substituted the ribbon and had it tie where the circular element was "supposed" to go. Instead of using a straight strip of paper, I used several punched shapes and layered them with pop dots.

Card: Hero Hues [PS569 Sunshine Folded Cards]

Patterned Paper: Basic Grey [green], Doodlebug [yellow]

Ribbon: American Crafts

Stamp: Hero Arts [CL380]

Ink: Versafine

Punch: EK Success [bracket]

Die Cut: Sizzix Scallops

Adhesive: Scotch ATG, Scrapbook Adhesives [pop dots], Glue Dots

The right side of my 2 page spread for a circle journal I've been involved in.

The theme was "favorite books".

Journaling reads:

"In addition to reading, I love to create. One of my favorite things to make are mini [scrap] books. Perfect in size, they don't take nearly as long to finish and there's just something extra fun about making something out of nothing.

My favorite size to work is 6"x6", but I've been known to branch out a little. Lots of my friends have mini books I've made-tiny reminders of great times and memorable moments. Books can have photos-but don't have to. Sometimes words are enough.

Some of my favorite mini books:

-My cookbook. Trying a new recipe every week!

-My clear album that won an online challenge.

-A 3"x3" accordion album documenting my favorite summer things.

-My thinking inking book-made to help remember different creative techniques.

-My Tim Holtz inspired journal-with plenty of blank pages.

-The bar-golf book - a record of one CRAZY night.

-Layout a day 2-2011. 56 pages in 28 days!

-Paint chip books filled with quotes.

I love to create mini books!"

Supplies Used:

Cardstock: The Paper Company [Kraft], Basic Grey [Red], Bazzill [Blue]

Patterned Paper: Basic Grey

Stickers: Doodlebug

Pen: Staedtler

Yay! Dana gave me the go-ahead to post the first peek into The Dozens' April kit - she asked me to design some fun monster/candy-love papers and a stamp for this kit, so these are my designs! Thanks Dana! It's sure to rock the house, so stay tuned for the full kit reveal! =) This is the little acrylic stamp monster!

Sorry for the giant watermark, also. It's definitely not on the final product, strictly for web purposes. =)

In January, my DH won a NC State Basketball Experience prize pack. I wanted to include a lot of photos in the layout, but not spend the time cropping them all by hand. Instead I used a free template from Scrapbooks Etc to begin arranging them digitally in Photoshop. I edited the template to get the look I wanted. Printed it out at 8x8 and then finished the page using my traditional supplies.

Supplies: Archiver's black cardstock; Bazzill red & white cardstock; EK Success corner punch (with guard removed to create scallop border); Making Memories letter stickers & snaps; Berylium font; QuicKutz tab die; Sassafrass Lass patterned paper; blacks stamp ink; ticket from game; Scrapbooks Etc Quick Collage Template 111.

sentiment stamp: Whimsy Stamps

patterned papers: Authentique

pearls: Kaisercraft

dies: Fleur de Lis Accents by Spellinders

others: cardstock, sewing machine, Glimmer Mists
