One of the "must do" things in Riyadh (and let's face it - there aren't many!) is to have Afternoon Tea in The Globe Restaurant.
Students in ACC's Pastry Arts program had the opportunity to study French pastry arts in Yssingeaux, France at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP). They brought their skills back with them to Texas for a Pastry Arts Grand Buffet, enjoyed by friends and family of the students.
