Toni Walton, former cast member on TLC's hit show, "Cake Boss," cake artist and owner of Sweet T's Bakeshop (online), is creating an "extreme cake" for the 28th annual Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala.
Walton will create a nearly 6-ft. long, Roaring Twenties-themed cake, which reflects the theme of the 2011 Restaurant Gala, "Putting on the Glitz: Eat, Drink and Be Dazzled."
The cake will be unveiled at the Gala, March 28, 2011.

She designed the winning pastry that will now be served at café's around Haninge for the next year. Henrik was very happy, he showed me a diploma that now sits on a wall at the cafe. Andrea, the head waitress, was also a bit excited.
