My tip is to use the blender, not the kitchen machine. And shake it vigorously like a mad man. It will start to blend at the bottom and slowly, while you shake it, more pieces get blended in until at the end you have this smooth currypaste.
You can never get it that smooth in your kitchen machine with the big blades.

to make avocado paste you'll need
1 avocado
2 cloves o garlic
4 eggs
1or 2 spoons of mayonnaise
half a lemmon
salt & pepper
boil the eggs hard,
by the time grate the avocado on the smallest holes of the grater and immediately squeeze the lemmon juice over it - otherwise it'll darken,
crush the garlic and add it,
grate the eggs also - if you're doing it right they'll look like small and thin bugs :D
mix it all together, add mayonnaise salt and pepper to you taste and enjoy!
** you can use onion or leek instead, even granulated garlic - depends on what you like most.
