to make avocado paste you'll need
1 avocado
2 cloves o garlic
4 eggs
1or 2 spoons of mayonnaise
half a lemmon
salt & pepper
boil the eggs hard,
by the time grate the avocado on the smallest holes of the grater and immediately squeeze the lemmon juice over it - otherwise it'll darken,
crush the garlic and add it,
grate the eggs also - if you're doing it right they'll look like small and thin bugs :D
mix it all together, add mayonnaise salt and pepper to you taste and enjoy!
** you can use onion or leek instead, even granulated garlic - depends on what you like most.

(funny too, i could only delete a url's worth of the novel from the url at a time. I just quite safari and restarted it...)
