Paste Up in Raval, my six feelings.
That's how I feel every day...
SAD, MELANCHOLIC, BAD, WORRIED, ARRRGH!, JADED.
Paste-Up installation for Birmingham City University at their Faculty of Art & Design (BIAD) campus. The work comprises of three individual pieces and one 8 metre continuous piece constructed from 9 A0 paste-ups. On show until the end of April
to make avocado paste you'll need
1 avocado
2 cloves o garlic
4 eggs
1or 2 spoons of mayonnaise
half a lemmon
salt & pepper
boil the eggs hard,
by the time grate the avocado on the smallest holes of the grater and immediately squeeze the lemmon juice over it - otherwise it'll darken,
crush the garlic and add it,
grate the eggs also - if you're doing it right they'll look like small and thin bugs :D
mix it all together, add mayonnaise salt and pepper to you taste and enjoy!
** you can use onion or leek instead, even granulated garlic - depends on what you like most.
