Yesterday during a talk by Andrey Polikanov (of the Russian Reporter Magazine and the last WPP jury) he talked about the 10b processing style... Well, I got a look at their portfolio, and I must say that I do not like that look on all except two or three pics, for me it's a bit too, how should I say it? ...to un-subtle!
I prefer the pics to look natural, to breathe by themselves, rather than scream processing, regardless of the amount of work that went into them!
IMHO, if you can see the hard work of the "printer" in a print then that work is wasted.
One of the things we girls struggle with is the question of "do I pass or am I passing". Of course I have had this thought too but I prefer to look at it as to whether I look ok and m dressed appropriately for what I am doing and where I am going. Sure I have had plenty of people tell me I look good. Of course that feels good but you don't really know if you are passing as a female. As I said I am not thinking, and never have, that I am passing so I will just do my best to be the best woman I can be! I put together a few photos of some of the times I "felt" passable but that is just in my feelings, not trying to fool myself.

1- Going out to dinner at a fancy place with a good friend.
2- Shopping at the mall. The skirt was mine and to top was form the store and thought it was really sexy! Sales girl in the photo agreed! YAY!
3- In South Beach Miami having drinks, dancing, and just having a good time. One of the best nights of my life!
4- In a local bar partying with people I had just met after I sat down. The girl next to me kept saying "show off those legs"!
5- Halloween badminton girls in costume. Dare I say what is in some of your minds "we were looking for cocks.......shuttlecocks !".
6- At the Guess store in the mall. Posing with much younger girls in hoping to make myself look younger! LOL
7- Blues sisters. Out with my GF having drinks at a high class restaurant. We had drinks sent over from 2 guys at the other side of the bar. My GF said " I guess you're passing as a genuine girl!". Music to my ears!
8- At the Marciano store the day I bought my red floral dress. This sales girl was so hot with the sexiest legs in her short shorts! Took her half an hour until I needed help zipping into a dress when she saw my breast forms to realize I was a crossdresser. Wow
9- I went to a singles mixer in Ft. Lauderdale, very crowded. It was there that I met my friend Marisol. She was total fun and agreed to be each other's "wing girl" for the night.
10- LBDs. At a club. $20 cover but ladies free before midnight. Guess who went in free? ME!!!! Hung out with this pretty girl for a while after telling her how much I liked her dress. This was another GREAT night out in my sexy strapless leather mini dress!
CSX No. 5327 is the Western Maryland emblem locomotive, but I didn't know that until this train was passing me. It is leading westbound stack train No. 157 at Perry, Ohio, passing the rear of an eastbound intermodal train.

The Samuel De Champlain slides by the Algolake as it approaches 92nd St. The Algolake arrived around sunrise for a partial unload of salt after unloading the majority of it in Milwaukee. Lake and river levels are doing quite nicely as the stern draft showed about 27ft.
The best I could get after a long walk along the spit with an icy cold north wind on Thursday afternoon. I have never seen the water as rough on the land side of the spit.

The tiny black dot is Mercury moving across the disk of the Sun.
Greater Manchester Police’s (GMP) first cohort of officers in job share role have now passed their course and are heading out onto the front line.
Back in October 2021, GMP welcomed its first ever cohort of officers in a job share role for the Force, who all joined in the post of a regular police officer yet working on a job share basis of 20-hours a week.
The officers have now completed their classroom assessments and are heading out on duty. They were joined by their friends and family to celebrate with a passing out ceremony held at Hough End on Wednesday 25 May 2022.
The ceremony consisted of a parade and inspection of the officers, followed by ACC Sarah Jackson presenting the Carl Pilling trophy to the student who had the best overall performance. The award is being shared between two officers - like their jobs. This went to PC Kayleigh Armstrong and PC Sally Howard who was handed the trophy for their teamwork and commitment to learning and GMP. officers
GMP is aiming to make policing open to more applicants by offering this flexible alternative to full- time working. Expanding the offer enables male and female applicants who, for work, caring or personal preference, would prefer to be in a job share role, rather than a full-time role.
Policing is a 24-hour, seven day a week responsibility which in the past has restricted some people applying to join the Force, but it is hoped these new roles will open up policing as a career to suit a wider range of people.
Inspector Lisa Clarke, GMP’s Unit Head for Uniform Training, comments that: “The students have completed the exact same training as a full-time student officer, just undertaken on a job share basis, which has been nearly double the length of time to complete.
“Their dedication to becoming a police officer has been remarked upon by numerous members of the training team. It is clear to see that this is a cohort of student officers, who may not have joined the police service under normal recruitment circumstances, have shown such commitment and hard work.
“GMP are the only force outside of the Met who have embarked on a job share officer programme and these officers have paved the way for a positive change to policing. As a training team we are eagerly looking forward to welcoming the next intake of officers who, like our first 26, will bring a multitude of unique qualities to policing the communities of Greater Manchester.”

This picture was taken in July 1984 and it can be seen compared to the previous picture that reeds have taken over a third to a half of the pond's water surface. The valley bottom here collected rainwater that ran off the steep sided valley.
Before the ponds were built to exploit it, this area was the watershed of the valley floor, a marsh drained by what is now Pow Beck that ran (and still does run) both ways, one leg to Whitehaven and the other to St Bees. Viewed from Stanley Breast, an up train of caustic soda liquor tanks (possibly 7F43 Corkickle to Runcorn) are passing the scene behind an unidentified class 25.

On the morning of yesterday, I have overslept a little. The reason is because I watched to midnight a great photos of Flickr at night of the day before.
So, I had to go to the office in a hurry. I returned and took some shots because I had a feeling that I was hailed to this flower. This flower is not bad particularly.
But an excuse got longer.

そんな訳で、僕は急いでオフィスに行かなければなりませんでした。でもこの花に呼び止められたような気がしたので、引き返して何枚か撮りました。別にこの花が悪いわけじゃありません。

Ian and Johnny were on their way home and stopped in front of the Hydro Majestic in Fairy Meadows to have a quick Coffee break. All Of a sudden Here comes the Indian Pacific, sadly Ian couldn't get the front engines in time but he did manage to get the carriages passing by. You can just see the Indian Pacific sign on the carriages as they are going by

Another one of those mystery trains - it's early morning (the 08.00 from Belfast is next on the roll) and 176 is passing Balbriggan with what may be the 08.15 Dundalk - Connolly. Dublin suburban services were on a separate WTT, which I don't have, so the train time is taken from an earlier public timetable. What is unusual is the train seems to consist of two coaches and a collection of 4-wheel vans. Mails from Dundalk perhaps?

Passing the closed Ryde & Newport Railway station at Ashey on the line to Cowes between Smallbrook Junction and Havenstreet.
The station building was closed in 1953 leaving just a shelter on the opposite platform. The building is now a private dwelling but the line has been relaid by the Isle of Wight Steam Railway and the platform and shelter on the other side have been restored. 01/10/1965 [GB 223].
