Thank you all for support!

~Hugs you all ♥

We went to some new places on our recent road trip. One of the best was Theordore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota. Unique and beautiful badlands-type landscape with not only buffalo roaming the highways, but wild horses. This guy seemed to be striding with purpose as I captured a quick shot through our car window.

Just coincidental, but I'm struck by how similar the colors here are to the rusty trash can I posted yesterday.

A system of thunderstorms passing through.

Thanks for posing with me Jenne .. this was a fun idea!

The silky look of water passing through this area before going over the damn just has a smooth relaxing look to it. This was not a easy capture as you might have gathered as it’s far off the beaten path. The beauty I saw that day made the difficult task of getting there all worth the while. Thanks for viewing my work. Stay safe and be kind to everyone you meet today.

North Sea 2019

Was up in the highlands a few weeks ago for an anniversary trip. Stopping at Loch Sween and Oban with a boat trip from Easdale Island, the weather was choppy, visibility poor and little light. I only managed a few photos and managed to take this one whilst our boat sailed past Fladda, Slate Islands.

Passing time you say? Could it be waiting for Flickr to work again. I was heading out to see Grandchild 13 when I thought I would post this quickly. But Noooo. Bad panda (not so Bonnie Bear) was on my screen.

Oh well , working when I got home.

Sorry, not the sharpest shot. It should have been better.

On the way home from my mother's house, I stop and shoot Joshua Trees lol.

This is a picture from a wonderful sunrise back in October. I mimicked a long exposure by blending together 136 exposures I took during the time span of a bit more than a quarter hour.

Unfortunately I didn't have my camera on a hike. So as this balloon was passing by I had to use my smartphone.

This is a sport balloon btw. The crew was training for a national championship (I'd never heard of this championship before)

My posting of the Saw Whet four pics earlier brought me luck for this season! Went to the Pole Farm early in hopes of seeing a Short eared Owl. Not luck with that. But this big bird was flying over and past us. Quick shoot and discover on your display that it's a Snowy Owl. What a way to start your day with a major surprise!

A juvenile male Rose-breasted Grosbeak stopped by with it's mother and dad for two days. I couldn't get shots of the parents in the tree, just on the platform feeder. Bill's Backyard Bird Blind.

Taken at Seagrove Beach, FL. Lightning is amazing and the One who created it is even more amazing!

Yellow-rumped Thornbill (Acanthiza chrysorrhoa)

As I pulled into the driveway after a trip to the Werribee River Park I noticed a pair of Thornbills in the Ornamental Pear Tree in front of of house.
