Passing the time of day in Ozgon Bazaar near Osh.
Today the town is mostly an agricultural centre with sunflowers, tobacco and especially rice all being important crops. Ozgon has a university, a brewery and a distinctive bazaar that is very Uzbek in character.
Nothing about this photo is technically good, but there is something about it I like.

I popped over to Melton this afternoon as there were three freights passing through in a short time. Just my luck two passed each other at the station.
GBRF 66747 heads the 10.28 Felixstowe North to Birch Coppice containers while Freightliner 66613 approaches with the 1148 Tunstead Sidings to Radlett Redland Roadstone

Penlee Point is the name of the coastal headland to the south east of the village of Rame in South East Cornwall. Penlee (Penn Legh) is Cornish for stone slab headland. Lying at the entrance to Plymouth Sound, the point offers panoramic views across to Plymouth, as well as along the coast and comprises both woodland and coastal grassland. Part of the South West Coast Path, Penlee Point forms part of the Rame Head Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The title comes from more than just the scooter pictured. Things come....things go.

Grand Canyon, Arizona
A passing cloud drops rain near the Palisades of the Desert at the eastern end of the canyon.
After a stunning morning at the Bluebell Railway, the cloud began to roll in, but here we see one of the home fleet passing. Standard 5 73082 Camelot

Next one creation for CCCX based on movie 'Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves'. This shows scene when Robin Hood, Azeem and Duncan are going to pass Sherwood river. But Little John wants a toll for passing Sherwood.

CS5 can't parse 7D2 RAW files so used DPP4, straight to PS, slight rebalance with a quick excursion to Topaz De Noise as shot was in grey/low light. Its sharpen routines don't harden edges as does the Adobe code.

Great Kiskadee proclaiming itself the Law West of the Pecos as it perches on a large cactus beside the post office in Langtry, Texas.
Whilst en route to Vollen in Norway i traversed the Kiel Canal. I was delivering a V40 Motor Yacht which was a long way to go in such a small boat.
Having overnighted in Rendsburgh I rose early to make the most of the day.
I was greeted by thick fog which slowly lifted as the sun came up.
Looming out of the mist was this large vessel followed by two others. Luckily i had camera at the ready and couldn't resist grabbing this shot as the ever changing lighting created some beautiful photo opportunities.
This scene was captured 10 miles east of Rendsburgh.
Metro-North train 807 dwells in the station at Peekskill as Amtrak 234 flies past. I thought 1/640 would be enough to freeze the Amtrak, but I was mistaken.
CN 2312 shoves on the end of a southbound stack train flying over the Washburn County E bridge between Standberry and Stone Lake. Horse pastures provided the open gap in tree cover.
The AVR-Extra rolls passed Carnegie Mellon University right before entering the Schenley Portal en route to interchange with Norfolk Southern at Island Avenue Yard on Pittsburgh's North Side.
