Candid street photography from Glasgow, Scotland. Wishing you all a fantastic weekend of photography - enjoy!
3Q41 passing Atherstone with 3Q41, the Orion post and parcels service from Shieldmuir to Willesden. Noticeably slower than the 57 along here, and two Pendos right behind. It was on time arriving at Crewe and then sent out late onto the slow line rather than the fast as timetabled, so it wasn't all the poor old 37s fault! There's no law against me photographing a car on the street, but I have changed the reg number and darkened the faces, they were standing out somewhat in the light which was almost sunny. There's no trick photography here (not with the perspective, but two images are blended together to get the car in the right place), but I do like the way the railway looks 'big' and the car is almost a model by comparison.

I seem to get my best light and conditions in Summer, when the sun's heat drives conditions a little harder
Glencoe, Scotland
When you go through Glencoe for the first time, the atmosphere becomes suddenly very particular and heavy of History! The vast landscapes are breathtaking whatever the light or weather conditions. I would definitely recommend that place as a stop over if you are road trippin' in Scotland. This is where happened the massacre of Glencoe in 1692, in which 38 members of the Clan MacDonald of Glencoe were killed by forces acting on behalf of the government of King William III following the Glorious Revolution.
CP H57, nickle loads from Levack, races past the Onaping Falls at right with CP 6259 and CP 5920. The Levack turn is really unique, it's the only nickle ore train in all of Canada!
666139 With Cardiff Docks Ryans F.W. to Avonmouth Bennets Siding waits in the up loop to enable 60010 with the fuel tanks to pass by. With all the diverts going on this siding never been so busy.

I was fishing in a shallow bay, on Wolf Lake, in the Yukon, Canada when this cow moose emerged from the brush and ambled along the water's edge.
The head end of the same coal train as in the previous shot about to reach the summit. (I had plenty of time to get here.)
Bozeman Pass, MT
Traffic passing down London Wall at night, Barbican, City of London. Another view crossed off my list. This street is so called because alongside on the left can still be seen sections of the original London Wall dating back to Roman and Medieval times.

Day 9. The sunset evolved. Storm clouds began to dissipate, the colors deepened and the blue hour provided a continuing show along the shore of Edison Lake. No color adjustments added.

Nothing about this photo is technically good, but there is something about it I like.
