One day after getting pretty bored I started going through stock images, and I ended up creating this really cool image!
I skinned the outer walls with 1/2" CDX Plywood. I used a thin strip I had cut off a 2X4 and bent it to make a pattern for the back curve. The front curve was traced around the lid for my outdoor fireplace. I went with a square door instead of a rounded one so that I wouldn't have to deal with bending curves in the aluminum track for the door installation.
