Don't get any wrong impression from this picture - there were hundreds of other people streaming through the outer court at that time. They all were using the bridges in the center of the court, while I managed to snap this almost tourist-free scape at a corner.

A holiday added onto the end of a work visit allowed us to visit Callanais Stones, Arnol Blackhouses and Gearannan Blackhouse Village. Returning on the ferry from Tarbert also gave us chance to visit the Isle of Harris Distillery - quite impressive all round trip!
