A holiday added onto the end of a work visit allowed us to visit Callanais Stones, Arnol Blackhouses and Gearannan Blackhouse Village. Returning on the ferry from Tarbert also gave us chance to visit the Isle of Harris Distillery - quite impressive all round trip!

Christmas on the Outer Banks. We collected way too many shells to take them all home. We put them all on the deck and each of us took turns "shopping" for keepers.

Two tier blue vanilla sponges with buttercream and raspberry jam filling. Outer layer is regular fondant icing with edible paints and metallic sugar detail.
