Outer Banks of North Carolina - Rodanthe

Lay out the cream square and wadded panels in a cross pattern on the material and fold the corners so that they are hidden behind the panels. Pin the whole thing down.

With cream thread sew down the top and bottom edge of all the folds and sew one seam at the top of the folded corners

The Outer Battery is located towards the outer edge of the harbour at what is called the Narrows. Fog is not unusual here, even when much of the city is bathed in sunshine.
