I'm sure you think I make this stuff up! If you google Squadron Leader FA Forbes, you will find him remembered , amongst other places, on the London Communists Blog Spot. Dad (as a staunch conservative) would be turning in his grave!!!

The outer chunk of polystyrene from the point of impact was only being held on with my "Get a life. Get a bike." sticker. The impact was enough to break both layers.

Place the four strips along the folded edge of the larger fabric. Centralise them as best you can. If in doubt lay the wadded panels on top to ensure that once the panels are in place you won't see the edges. Pin the strips down.

Another happy accident. Odd settings that I failed to change, and this is what happened. I was shooting into the sun, and a lot of glare off of water and sand. The alien shapes in the background are my boys. :)
