A great day out on the Outer Great Barrier Reef snorkelling. Such amazing colours!

West Park on the attack during an 18-17 win over neighbours Liverpool St Helens in rugby union's South Lancashire & Cheshire One league. The hosts fought back after trailing 3-11 and 10-17. Both teams went into the Red Rocks clash with a 100 per cent record from their opening five matches. Victory saw West Park leapfrog LSH at the top of the table.

These handmade puppets were given to my 4 year old nephew along with a puppet theater. No pattern was used- they were fee handed using inspiration from several different illustrations.
