more proud of these shots then any thing ive taken so far in my career

so this is what Barefoot Hope is about. in brief it is an organization ran by one of my best friends Zach Simmons. he meets every week down town to provide food, drink, and clothing for the homeless along with what ever else he in his power can provide. its not all about just items its about showing the world isnt full of people who just view the homeless and needy as walking toll plazas its a different view and testament. a simple one, show God's love and share his message as well as his blessings.

now having said that zach hit me up this week to come down and shoot christmas card photos for the needy and homeless families/people. this week it was just me alone and next week ill be shooting with Gage Young. zach after getting these will frame and ship them for all the families to their loved ones and children/grand children. maybe it will spark an inspire their families to help them and give them some love of their own.

* to be honest all this was worth meeting all these wonderful people and putting a smile on their faces or making them feel like a glamour model/GQ model for even a few minutes, def brought a tear to my eye.

Went to visit my best bud on my way back to school this weekend and finally got to check out his collection of Mushroomhead masks he has recently gotten. These are the actual masks used by the band so they looked freakin awesome. I wanted to just do a quick test shoot with two of them; shot a few frames and called it good. But I have some better plans for the summer. These were done at around 9pm so it was a little tough to shoot plus I was shooting with this mask on lol. I'm wearing the Skinny mask and my bud is wearing the ST1TCH one. Brutal huh?

A little bit ago I had the honor to shoot with the gorgeous Miss Supranational Netherlands 2017, Shanna Boeff! Her stunning beauty made my job pretty easy, but above all she's a absolute delight to work with!! We had an awesome and fun time. Hopefully, with more collabs in the future!

Light setup: For this series I used my Profoto B1X with a OCF octabox in combination with a little bit of natural light. A window above/behind the model as a hair light.
