Emmy curled up, and taking a nap, on her pillow earlier this morning. She loves to be inside things - crates and boxes and closets and dark corners under plants. And she pulls her pillow and stuffed toys with her wherever she goes. :)

Cygnet caught napping today, this is about as close as it gets with these birds, roughly 1.5ft from this particular baby, I say baby but they are almost full grown now and it wont be long before they leave home.
My movements woke this tiny visitor clinging to the cabin window, but it didn't immediately fly away.
On my way to Chimney Rock, I came across this little cove where sealions were taking a nap.Disturbing them is not permitted by nearing them anwyay, but it seemed so peaceful and untouched. As it should be.
