Rad in place. I now have room to fit a puller fan behind though it will have to be a 10 inch one. My 12" one is for sale if anyone wants it.
View down the coolant channel to the back of the welded in plate. I was intending to back fill this with some HTS-2000 miracle brazing rod but I'm having a nightmare getting the heat into the metal. I may have to look at some aluminium putty instead.
I could also remove the top half of the coolant channel which would give me better access to get the blow torch in or even TIG it from the back.

To get the coolant to flow from the pump straight into the block rather than up into the head, I drilled straight through the outer channel and then on into the water jacket with a 12mm drill bit. This has then been opened up and all the holes joined using a tungsten carbide burr
It took me only 5 minutes and now, after giving the neck a rounded shape, my Junior Ai Sujeong's head can pose better and with no kicking :)

To power the sunroof, cut the Pink with Orange wire a few inches away from the connector.
Tape off the wire that runs into the engine compartment.
Connect a in-line fuse holder to the end that runs into the connector.
I pretty much guessed for all this, though I did have a rtw shirt with similar sleeves to use for looking at. The sleeveband and continuous strip-whatsit were cut on-grain, but the little loops (my first attempt! woo!) were on the bias. I was super happy with how this turned out.
Someone at some point has replaced the 16" wheel for 20' wheels and modified the front and rear forks to suit. That bottom bracket is very high so it must be tricky to get on and off.... but it does look like a fun ride.
One definite benefit of moving the wing cannons forward two studs is that now they sit on the Viper's CoG, so it balances neatly on them. Hadn't planned on that (see the other wing modifications), but it worked out nicely.
My steam heat was making the WEIRDEST NOISE EVER. So after careful scientific research/consultation - I've implemented this pressure valve release mechanism.
An example of Behavior Evaluation
As an overview I caution you concerning any generalizations about dog breed based behaviors. It is best to view choice for specific behaviors as a risk appraisal analysis: breeds that have been selected for one meticulous and specific behavior may be more at risk for developing unpleasant variation for those behaviors.
This does not mean that dogs selected for defensive behaviors are more aggressive than dogs for which this selective strain was absent. It does mean that that breed may be more at risk for developing a unequal number of dogs who exhibit unsuitable, out of context defensive aggression.
Inherent in this concept is that any dog, regardless of breed, can also show the inappropriate behavior. A further result is that dogs who are selected for stubbornness and jaw strength in their in-context work (Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Rhodesian Ridgebacks), will, when
