This Henry Ford all steel 1940 Ford 3 window coupe was custom built by the renowned builder Leonard Lopez of Dominator Street Rods, in Tracy, California. Using only the highest caliber of design and after a year and a half of perfection, the 5-window coupe was transformed into a totally rodded and flowing 3-window coupe. Over $50,000 in paint and body work alone.

Body modifications include the front windshield has been laid back and the rear was laid forward and the roof was sectioned to fit. The windshield opening was reworked to retain stock height. The rear windows were moved upward. The doors were custom made 12" longer with hidden hinges and also made to open suicide style. The rear side windows were removed. The hood and front fenders have been rotated 1.5" downward. The running boards were custom built with side exit exhausts. The dash was custom built with a flowing console.

The engine compartment is as detailed as the rest of the car with custom paint and lots of chrome on the Ford Modular 4.6 (281 CID) V8 engine. The car features a Ford AODE transmission, Vintage Air Conditioning, and 4 wheel disk brakes.

I've not had anything to post for a little while. The miserable weather has been mostly to blame, but yesterday changed all that. It felt like spring has finally arrived.

His house was perfect, whether you liked food, or sleep, or work, or story-telling, or singing, or just sitting and thinking, best, or a pleasant mixture of them all.

The Serranos Towers (Torres de Serranos) are a duo of medieval defensive towers which once formed part of the city fortifications in Valencia, Spain. Begun in 1392, the purpose of the Serranos Towers was to help defend what was then the city’s most active gates.

From 1586, the Serranos Towers took on an entirely different function, this time as an aristocratic prison holding the likes of knights and noblemen. It would continue to be used as such until 1887, spared the destruction which befell the rest of the medieval walls.

Throughout the Spanish Civil War, the works from the Prado Museum were kept safely in the Serranos Towers. Modifications were made to adapt the towers for this purpose in 1936, including reinforcing the first floor with concrete in case the towers were bombed.

Today, the Serranos Towers in their magnificent condition are open for the public to visit. Climb to the top of the towers for a breathtaking view of Valencia.

I use an exacto blade to shave the hip part but sand paper can be used too.

Hope this helps.

I'm in the process of making some changes to my drip kit. I haven't been able to get much more than the basic shapes in the past year so now that it's getting cooler I have some time to make some changes. This is just a test and so far it worked. Still needs a lot of work.

Two days ago, I mentioned that I may work on the background colour for this image, so I spent a little time in photoshop. This probably isn't quite right either, but one tries. I probably prefer the original bg.

The original is in Comments.

Did a few modifications to that T-34 I had recently gotten and decided to put together a group shot of all my Soviet forces.

On the T-34, I'd added bedspring armour to the turret and the top of the engine compartment on the back, changed the main cannon to look more accurate as well as a few other details on the turret, added a flag pot on the back, and added a few other small bits of detail along the sides and on the front.

When war was imminent he decided to modify his ship so that it could be used in war.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I recently made a facebook page, and I'd love it if you checked it out: www.facebook.com/pages/Hacim-Bricks/1533528776898616?hc_l...

The reason I made a facebook page was cause I wanted a place to post things that didn't quite make my quality standers for Flickr. So, you can expect some quick little MOCs, WIPs, and updates there, that you wouldn't get here.

Anyway, thanks for viewing :D

AFOLs do it all the time when an existing set/design/concept doesn't suit our taste. Doesn't need to be overly done as sometimes just a simple/minor change can make a whole lot of difference.

The android head from BrickWarriors makes it look better than the one that comes with the battle pack. Main body simplified and replaced the binoculars with space guns. Need to make a few more for the grass plains battle scene.
