I don't understand why people aren't concerned about this?

Apathy? or perhaps Ignorance?

From silver and vinyl to satin black and leather.

I only wanted to change the old battery in my 4GB iPod mini, but instead of a "how to" I found THIS. How could I resist?

Not a real design... more of a test tat to see what would look good on him.

Drawn freehand with marker by yours truly about a year before the winged cock tat went on.

I bought Hi-Rezâ„¢ Performance Trackball Encoder Wheels, and the new wheels reversed the action. Action is SMOOTH... indeed fast enough to keep up with optical mice, but disoriented.

These boards aren't labeled very well-- there's no clear marking for data wires (i.e., X1/X2 or XA/XB) and so Randy has asked me to take photos so he can guide me through which wires I need to swap.

Somehow it seems more...evil. NE Holman at 13th, through the pocket park.

Residents living in the Houston area will benefit from a new bridge structure that has been constructed 25 kilometeres south of the community on the Equity Mine Road. The new concrete and steel structure will ensure that the crossing remains safe and reliable for recreational and commercial users.

The improvements will also support access for industry users. This road is an important corridor for mining and log harvesting in the region. The original bridge was load restricted which limited industry access, but this new structure opens up the area for potential increases in industrial activity.

By examining the board carefully I found out that doing this simple mod will allow you to use the American NES Zapper with your Japanese AV Famicom! Just two wires!

A second attempt to make an ultra light Sinar camera based on original components that are modified in a reversible manner and allow the use of different formats.

The key here is the very light (aluminum and plastic) auxiliary standard from Sinar Norma (I have a complete list of the weight of different Sinar components, if interested, let me know). This standard is to be used as front standard, it allows all the needed movements and is light and compact.

For the rear standard I tried to make a modification based on the lower part of the same Norma auxiliary standard and a platform that allows mounting different format carrier frames. Made out of pine wood, this proved too soft to allow enough stability over time. In addition, tilt and rise movements were not allowed anymore with this setup.

Here you see a detail of how the adapter was constructed.

Edging pattern developing from the image of an 1800s tatted doily. The attempt on the right is playing around with some rolled tatting.

Mold Design, Construction, Modification & Repair

Orient Mold was founded on mold making and continues to take pride in manufacturing superior quality injection molds. Our staff provides unbeatable service and communication from the mold design stage through construction.

Our experience in mold making provides cost-effective design and fabrication of innovative tooling. Use of CNC machining combined with the latest Mitsubishi EDM equipment produces precision tooling for plastic injection molded parts.

Orient Mold offers a range of tooling from Class 101 molds in hardened steel that will withstand one million part cycles, to less expensive prototype molds in P20 or 7075 aluminum. We specialize in very small and intricate parts that are often molded using MUD inserts (Master Unit Dies). For larger parts with multiple configurations we often design interchangeable inserts than can help reduce up-front tooling costs even further.

The original dropout holders where missing on the Hydra. Made new ones today which included a spacer to allow me to use 3D dropouts.

Black things are stock inductors for noise reduction.

Modifying a Velo Orange Polyvalent disc fork to accept a SON SL dynowheel -- the dropout is too small to drill holes for the plugs in a SON insulating plate, so I instead ground down the inside face of the DS dropout, epoxied a insulating plate to it (after cutting off the plugs and sanding the back face flat), then used rubber cement to glue the contact plate into the insulator.
