Cela est très pratique pour l'utilisation sur trépied./A frame from an old camera was glued to the recess viewfinder. This helps picture framing and enables to use a 90 deg. accessory. This is very useful for the use on tripod.

with the 4"x4" post secured and the shims in place, now it's time to take down the rightmost support down.
We turned the mold over and screwed on some 2"x4"s with slots cut out to accommodate our clamping system.
A simple but nice modification to the Brickarms SW500.
All I did was file down the front a bit, and paint the handle, and out came a fairly nice .357 Magnum.
(I know some people have done a modification similar to this, but the made the Webley revolver by filing the entire front part away.)
kodak instamatic modification to take 35mm film. wrong iso for the weather and not got the winding right.
As you can see, it was missing one of the washer-type things, meaning that the machine head for the 4th string moved about way too much.

Activists rallied at the home of Jose Becerra who is seeking a loan modification to stop eviction of his family from their home of 9 years.
His original loan, with Wells Fargo, for $220,000, has since been transferred to GMAC and is owned by investors who refused to stop the auction sale which was to occur today. For the past year, Jose and Olga have been asking for a modification since Olga lost her job and Jose's union job stopped having consistent work. Although Olga is working again as of August, their income is unstable. In response to a request for lower monthly payments and a lower principal, GMAC informed the Becerras that $29,000 in taxes and fees has been added to their principal with an increased interest rate of 6.625%. Real estate listings showed that the auction would start at $181,000 today, half of what GMAC is charging the Becerras.
A determined group of activists from Chelsea and East Boston showed up today at the time of the sale. It appeared that one prospective buyer came by but left upon hearing chants of “We will not be moved”. About 30 minutes later the bank announced that the sale would be put off until the beginning of February, giving the Becerras precious time to pursue other strategies to keep their home.
The protest was organized by The City-Wide Tenants Association, a committee of the Chelsea Collaborative. It is one of a growing number of Bank Tenant Associations in Massachusetts which protect homeowners and tenants and encourage them to work together to stand up to the predatory and unfair practices of banks.

I had a fibreglass pond with steep sides given to me last year. Unfortunately steep sides are bad for wildlife as amphibians can't climb out and hedgehogs that fall in can't get out.
I made this modification. I put some bricks on the deep ledge of the pond,put a grid of fine chicken wire on top of the bricks and covered it with gravel. I then put a few rocks on the gravel so now creatures can get out of the pond.Adding the gravel has made the water a bit murky but it will clear in a day or two
The other benefit to this modification is that I can now see pond beetles/tadpoles etc swimming in the shallow area. With a deep pond all over,you can't see what's going on underneath
Today I did a awesome modification to a BrickArms M4 Carbine: by cutting the barrel in half and cutting off the rail/handle, I created a "Commando", one of the assault rifles featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops, and it is definetly one of my Top 10 favorite Black Ops weapons. Plus, my favorite character, Frank Woods, is almost always seen wielding this gun, usually with an ACOG scope.
This is a diamante micro-dermal piercing done by Jane at Punktured in Brighton. If it heals ok (I got it 22/04) I'd like to get 5 in a row across the arm.
Temporary film-plane modification of the Koroll 24 camera that I previously used in week 132 of my 52 film cameras in 52 weeks project:

I liberally applied sellotape in overlapping criss-cross strips at the film plane.
As the name suggests, this model manages to squeeze 24 exposures out of a roll of 120 film, by using a mask to make the image size 3cm x 4cm. The edges of the film are wasted, but by using the "12 frame" backing paper markings twice, 24 exposures are made.
I removed the mask, so the full width of the film is exposed, and the frames overlap, but if a full frame is desired, the film can simply be advanced twice.
The film was expired Fujichrome Provia ISO400 slide film, which I cross processed in Tetenal C41 chemistry.
Control knob (slider) for the skeg.
A solid rod of clear polycarbonate was used to shape the knob.
The bolt is used to pinch the skeg cable.
