3.Prevents from Satanic Traps.

Of course, a distressed person looks impatiently for someone who can solve his problems. This is the time when his hope fades out and Satan starts to misguide him. But if he starts supplicating for his pains, Allah heals his heart and blesses him with new hope. In Surah al-Aa’raf –ayah 200, it is revealed; goo.gl/7pD11

E-commerce and honest product reviews aren’t exactly the most common pairing. Take any popular product from a brand ranging from slightly known to downright famous, and you’re bound to find hundreds of reviews.

But there isn’t much that can be said about how honest those are.

It is no secret that product reviewers, bloggers, and YouTubers would post an allegedly honest review, but unsurprisingly those are little more than rave reviews. This is because the brands commonly engage in paying for such positive reviews.

In other words, it is incredibly easy to have fake online reviews.

Don’t get me wrong. I have nothing against positive product reviews. If a product is that good, then it certainly qualifies for a raving review. And if that’s what it gets then it was most definitely well deserved. I am merely saying that as a YouTuber or a blogger, one should take extra care to make sure that the reviews they post are 100% honest- be it positive or negative. This is because many people might base their decision on whether or not to purchase that product on your review, and misguiding people is not a cool thing to do.

This is why I believe in sharing completely unbiased and honest reviews about hair extensions. When I decided to start writing product reviews, deciding which industry to target was a simple matter. My mother and I are hairdressers. It is not just a profession for me but also a passion. So, it was an understood thing that I wanted to try and write product reviews about hair products. But of course, that didn’t really narrow things down. There are millions of hair related products out there. So, to narrow it down a little more, I decided to look for hair extensions in particular. This is because I have been using them for a long time both personally and professionally. Needless to say, I am a big fan of them and I am almost on the lookout for the next great addition to the ranks of hair extensions in the market.

But those who do not believe in the Hereafter - their hearts are disapproving, and they are arrogant. Assuredly, Allah knows what they conceal and what they declare. Indeed, He does not like the arrogant. 16:24 وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُم مَّاذَا أَنزَلَ رَبُّكُمْ ۙ قَالُوا أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ And when it is said to them, "What has your Lord sent down?" They say, "Legends of the former peoples," 16:25 لِيَحْمِلُوا أَوْزَارَهُمْ كَامِلَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۙ وَمِنْ أَوْزَارِ الَّذِينَ يُضِلُّونَهُم بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ۗ أَلَا سَاءَ مَا يَزِرُونَ That they may bear their own burdens in full on the Day of Resurrection and some of the burdens of those whom they misguide without knowledge. Unquestionably, evil is that which they bear. Those before them had already plotted, but Allah came at their building from the foundations, so the roof fell upon them from above them, and the punishment came to them from where they did not perceive. Then on the Day of Resurrection He will disgrace them and say, "Where are My 'partners' for whom you used to oppose [the believers]?" Those who were given knowledge will say, "Indeed disgrace, this Day, and evil are upon the disbelievers" - 16:28 الَّذِينَ تَتَوَفَّاهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ ظَالِمِي أَنفُسِهِمْ ۖ فَأَلْقَوُا السَّلَمَ مَا كُنَّا نَعْمَلُ مِن سُوءٍ ۚ بَلَىٰ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ The ones whom the angels take in death [while] wronging themselves, and [who] then offer submission, [saying], "We were not doing any evil." But, yes! Indeed, Allah is Knowing of what you used to do. 16:29 فَادْخُلُوا أَبْوَابَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۖ فَلَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ So enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and how wretched is the residence of the arrogant.

[Two Kinds of Imam are mentioned in the Holy Quran: the Imams (a.s) who call to Allah and the Imams who call to Fire]

1): Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ‘Abdallah ibn Ghalib from Jabir from abu Ja‘far (a.s.) who has said the following. "When the following verse of the Holy Quran was revealed, "On the day when We call every nation with their leaders, (Imams) . . ." (17:71), people asked the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a), ‘Are you not the Imam of all the people altogether?’ The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a) said, "I am the Messenger of Allah to all the people but after me there will the Imams for the people from my family. They will rise among the people but they will be rejected. The leaders of the unbelievers and misguidance and their followers will do injustice to them. Those who support, love, follow and acknowledge their authority they are from me, with me and will meet me. Let it be known that those who would do injustice to the Imams (a.s) and reject them they are not from me and with me. I denounce them and all associations with them."

[Al-Kafi H 566, Ch. 25, h 1]

2): Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad and Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Muhammad ibn Yahya from Talha ibn Zayd from abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) who has said the following. "The Imams mentioned in the book of Allah, the Most Holy, the Most High, are of two kinds. Allah, the Most Holy, the Most High has said, ‘We appointed them as leaders (Imams) to guide the people through Our command . . ." (21:73) They do so but not because of the commads of the people. They allow our command to come first and before their own orders, and our laws before their own laws and judgment. "We made them the kinds of leaders (Imams) who would invite people to the fire . . ." (28:41) ‘They let their own commands to come before the commands of Allah and their laws before the laws of Allah. They follow their desires against what the book of Allah, the Most Holy, the Most High requires.’"

The unique democratic character of JNU has been preserved by the students of this campus through their struggle against the most communal and regressive forces. In the last many years, the lumpen elements have time and again indulged in violence against the progressive and peace-loving students. TheJNU Patriotic Forum is nothing but the continuation of the attempt by the communal and casteist forces in the campus to vitiate the campus atmosphere by indulging in violence. While saying so, i1 aJso needs to be stressed that the violence of the Patriotic Forum is qualitatively different from other preceding cases of political violence. It is for the first time that ~-DB-05 a particular group is behaving as a gang in the campus and targeting individual students in their rooms. If JNU Patriotic Forum's culture of individually targeting students and beating them up in their rooms is not checked forthwith then the day is not far Y.lhen gang wars will start in our campus completely destroying our democratic ethos which have been painfully made and maintained by the students. We .

would warn .the JNUPF that they are not the feudal lords of JNU that they can beat up any student according to their will. If their violent .

activities are not stopped then the democratic students will ensure that such lumpen elements have no place in this campus. .

While being extremely violent, the lumpens of the JNU Patriotic Forum are most patriarchal. The kinds of comments they pass Afzal on girl students only proves their totally anti-women character. At the same time they have now made it a habit to target girl political face activists and pass comments on them since their patriarchal mindset cannot tolerate any girl being a leader in the campus. The mis-nent behaviour of these lumpens against the JNUSU Joint Secretary is only an outcome of this mindset. This was the same patriarchal 'Jb/icmindset that opposed the constitution of the GSCASH and now misguiding the student communi1y by giving completely distorted number .

out.

The arrogance of these lumpens is a result of the Administration's utter failure to punish the guilty of violence. On Friday the JNUSU along with all other organisations met the VC and demanded that outsiders like Sajjan Kumar, Bunty Lal, Ashish Kumar, Kajal etc be immediately made out of bounds and students like Siddharth Rai, Maninder Singh be expelled immediately. While the entire he student community is united against the criminal elements of the JNUPF, it is high time that the Administration gives exemplary tat .

Friends, .

After the SFI led JNUSU has been totally exposed and discredited in front of the student community, it is vainly trying to cover up their track -record of deceit and failure by appealing for unity .A~er they have functioned as the agents of the admn. for last two years .are they in any position to Unite the students against the admn. ? Why are they today speaking of unity after cynically dividing the .

students community on caste lines and introducing the virus of caste politics In the campus ?After their long record of misguiding the students collaborating with the admn. for their petty ends ? .

At the beginning of last year ,a long list of student grievances and corruption charges against the admn. was drawn up and an agitation started ,Which was promptly withdrawn when their main agenda ,that of revocation of rustication of the then JNUSU president for beating up a Dallt driver was conceded by the admn. . The Issue of administrative corruption was promptly hushed up by JNUSU . .

On the hostel front ,after annual agitations just before the elections ,after two years of SFI dominated JNUSU ,they could ensure neither feasible temporary accommodation, nor construction of Tapti 2"" wing ,leave aside any permanent solution ,which they promised us time and again .Last year the JNUSU promised mess and transport facility for Mahipalpur ,which they simply forgot after the elections. Today the .JNUSU is proposing the conversion of Working Women's hostel Into temporary boys hostel .The Working Women's hostel would have been completed by now ,if it was not for the fact that the SFI had opposed the construction of this hostel In 1996 and delayed it by more than a year .For the simple reason that their electoral interests lie in keeping the hostel problem alive for annual agitations and not allowing a permanent solution . .

Science school students have lost count of the number of times they have misled them on the Issue of fellowship .The ABVP led union in 1996 ensured Its continuation even after concerted efforts by the UF-Govt.to scrap It .It was the SFI-led Unions for the past two years ,which failed in ensuring its continuation and purposely manipulated the sentiments of science school students by leading periodic .

·agitations 'and providing that It has been sanctioned each time . When In last semester they were In hunger strike to ensure that their Red Lumpens responsible for violence were net punished ,the issue ,of Fellowship was also included but promptly forgotten .This time also , they are cynically raising this issue .

to keep it alive till the elections , knowing quite well that they will not be able to ensure its fulfillment. .

On GSCASH too, the demand for autonomy etc. has nothing to do with the real problem of gender sensitization and has everything to do with perpetuating the hegemony of the Left and their bid to maintain political control over all institutions, as they have done in states where they are in power. On what grounds were the Gender Studies Forum, an SFI-CPI(M) front and the well-known Leftist NGOS like 'Sakshi' selected for Inclusion behind the backs of the students? This quest for maintaining political control Is cloaked behind slogans of autonomy and gender sensitization. Such a politically biased and partisan committees will defeat Its own purpose and work against the Interests of both boys end girts. The SFI-CPI(M)'s concern for gender sensitivity is reflected by the fact that In West Bengal where they .

are in power, their candidate from Calcutta South constituency for Lok Sabha '99, Com. Subhankar Chakraborty publicly states that jeans and salwar-kameez for girts are Indecent. TIME FOR IMPLEMENTATION. NOT FOR DISCUSSION 19.03.201oFriends, .

NSUI express its sincere gratitude towards the student community who participated in largenumbers in yesterday's protest demo in front of SSS-I demanding the implementation of.

reservation in student and faculty intake and made the agitation a huge success. We also.

acknowledge the participation of other student organizations and faculty members who gave.

mobilization of an opinion in favor of .reservation the Academic Council has thwarted the .

their unequivocal support for the cause of social justice. As a result of the agitation and theAditya Mukherjee Committee report on student intake and decided to implement theHyderabad University model which will ensure 27o/o reservation for OBC without any.

discrepancies. It is indeed a remarkable triumph against the casteist, elitist and parochjaJ forcesof this campus who were trying to sabotage the reservation policy for last three years..

Moreover, it is a strong warning to the self proclaimed "meritorious", ahistorical and apoliticalstudent community successfully exposed the fallacy of their meritocratic argument and strongly .

Youth for Equality that the student community will not tolerate such casteist prejudices. The .

struggle is not over since the decision on reservations in faculty intake is halted because the AC denounced it by showing it where it belongs to; the dustbins of history. Nevertheless, the.

meeting got adjourned without taking a conclusive decision in this regard. This leaves us withno other option but a necessity for intense struggles and agitations in the coming days againstthese prophets of dark ages. .

Friends, yesterday few YFE activists also showed up at SSS-I with badges written "NO TO.

CASTE BASED RESERVATION" and were circulating appeals to the AC members against theimplementation of reservation. NSUI strongly condemns such malicious and juvenile tactics to.

scuttle a historical affirmative action to ensure social justice for the marginalized section of this.

country. YFE and its brainless godfathers like Venugopal and Shiv I<hera are repeatedly trying.

to hurt the sentiments of the marginalized community by their castiest statements. They are.

perpetuating a myth and misguiding their own intellect by denying the existence of caste and.

its prominence in Indian society. These ahistoric forces failed to comprehend how Babasaheb,.

.

Gandhiji, Phule, Sree Narayana Guru, Periyar, etc. led a crusade against caste and its nefarious.

manifestations in untouchability, alipnation and victimization. The Hon. Supreme Court of.

India (Article 400, Mandai Case: Judgment Vol 6, No.9, Nov 30, 1992) delineates that caste is a.

practical reality in Indian society and it exists even in religions like Islam, Christianity and.

.

Sikrusm. It still exists in the brutal killings of Dalits and other Backward Castes by the casteist.

feudal forces. It still exists in the form of various discriminations inflicted by your activists.

towards the Dalit students of AIIMS, and IIT's and many other institutes. It was the UPA.

government's comminnent to uproot such dangerous tendencies from the society culminated in.

the implementation of OBC reservation was part of a historical step to ensure social justice tothese sects. Because Indian National Congress realizes that the deprivation of OBCs is ve.ryspecial case of the larger national issue: here the basic question. is that of social and educational.

backwardness and poverty is only a direct consequence of these two crippling caste-basedhandicaps. As these handicaps are embedded in our social structure, their removal will require .

Section 5 (3) of the bill states: 'No part of the surplus in revenue generated in India by su~h .

The Left student organizations criticism of the bill derives from their elitist hypocritical .

sociaJist and pseudo proletarian clain1s. The upper strata of these organizations have always .

affordabilitv of these universities. Most foreign institutes wil1 still detnand a fee, which will .

be out of reach of majority of the Indian students. Thus. the entry tnay ren1ain exclusive for .

the Wealthy class. Another iinportant concern is whether these universities will comply.with .

the constitutionally mandated reservation for SC, ST. OBC and PH/VH students. NSUI has .

emphasize that education is the responsibility of the state, and Public Private Partnerships, Self encourage reputed .

Financing Institutions, and FEPs (foreign education providers) can be used only to augment the higher education sector. NSUI have proposed the following suggestions to the The Parliamentary International universities to set up campuses in Indian and also bring in radical changes in India's .

· -.

Standing Committee on IIRD regarding the proposed bill: .

bodies, laws and bills pertaining to the higher education sector in India. First of all, government should bring .

1. Comprehensive Paper on Higher Education: there are, at present, several agencies, statutory .

out a comprehensive paper on higher education in India covering all aspects of it. This is highly important in the .

interests of students, academic institutions and general public. .

prevailing reservation norms in Lhc country. They should provide a stipulated number of scholarships to .

2. Reservation and Scholarships: FEPs shouid not become islands of elites. FEPs must comply with meritorious students in all categories including gem ral merit, SC/ST, OBC, Vll/PH, and I3PL students. Government Control: There should be proper governmental control over the functioning of FEPs in India .

by keeping a strict check over the admission proces·;, fee structure and government should allow a limited entry 3. .

of FEPs in courses and subjects where Indian universities are lacking in supply and expertise. .

Students Representation: There should be provision for an elected students' union and teachers union .

In addition, NSUI demanded the publishing of the complete academic calendar, transparence in the .

most communal and regressive forces. In the last many years, the lumpen elements have time and again indulged in violence againstthe progressive and peace-loving students. The JNU Patriotic Forum is nothing but the continuation of the attempt by the communal and casteist forces in the campus to vttiate the campus atmosphere by indulging in violence. While saying so, it also needs to be stressed that the violence of the JNUPF is qualitatively different from other preceding cases of political violence. It is for the first time that a particular group is behaving as a gang in the campus and targeting individual students in their rooms. If JNU Patriotic Forum's culture of .

individually targeting students and beating them up in their rooms is not checked forthwith then the day is not far when gang wars will start in our campus completely destroying our democratic ethos which have been painfully made and maintained by the students. We would warn the JNUPF that they are not the feudal lords of JNU that they can beat up any student according to their will. .

While being extremely violent, the lumpens of the JNU Patriotic Forum are most patriarchal. The kinds of comments they pass on girl students only proves their totally anti-women character. At the same time they have now made it a habit to target girl political.

activists and pass comments on them since their patriarchal mindset cannot tolerate any girl being a leader in the campus. The mis-behaviour of these lumpens against the JNUSU Joint Secretary is only an outcome of this mlndset. This was the same patriarchalmindset that opposed the constitution of the GSCASH and now misguiding the student community by giving completely distorted number of cases filed by the girls in the GSCASH. We challenge the JNUPF to substantiate its claim. We would also like to appeal to GSCASH to take appropriate action against JNUPF which is spreading all kinds of misinformation about GSCASH. The arrogance of these lumpens is a result of the Administration's utter failure to punish the guilty of violence. On Friday the .

JNUSU along with all other organisations met the VC and demanded that outsiders like Sajjan Kumar, Bunty Lal, Ashish Kumar, Kajaletc be immediately made out of bounds and students like Siddharth Rai, Maninder Singh be expelled Immediately. While the entire student community is united against the criminal elements of the JNUPF, it is high time that the Administration gives exemplarypunishment to these lumpens. We would like to appeal to the JNUSU to mobilize students against the lumpens of JNU Patriotic Forum .

and oressurize the Administration to take action aaainst them at the earliest. .

Friends, After the SFt led JNUSU 16.9.99has been totally exposed and discredited in front of the student. After they have functioned as the agents of the admn. for last two years ,are they in any position to .

At the beginning of last year ,a long list of student grievances and corruption charges against thedrawn up and an agitation started ,which was promptly withdrawn when their main agenda .

,that ofrevocation of rustication of the then JNUSU president for beating up a Dalit driver was conceded by the admn.. The issue of administrative corruption was promptly hushed up by JNUSU .On the hostel front ,after annual agitations .

just before the elections ,after two years of SFI dominated JNUSU ,they could ensure neither feasjble temporary accommodation, nor construction of .

JNUSU promised mess and transport facility for Mahipalpur ,which they simply forgot after the elections. Today the JNUSU is propos;ng the conversion of Wor1<ing Women's hostel into temporary boys hostel .The Working Women's hostel would have been completed by now ,if it was not for the fact that the SFI had opposed the construction of this hostel in 1996 and delayed it by more than a year .For the simple.

to keep it alive tiJJ the elections , knowing quite well that they will not be able to ensure its fulfillment..

On GSCASH too, the demand for autonomy etc. has nothing to do with the real problem of .

This is the age of propaganda which is basic tool utilized by our dear comrades to mislead the JNU student ommunity thinking that majority of student are on the other side of the digital divide. The pamphlet dated 24.10.07 of the SFI exposes their attitude to mislead the JNU students. The so called progressive left organization in the campus have propagated their achievements like minimum wage struggle, financial assistance struggle, fought against US, providing hostel and improving the condition of hostel. A simple question to my SFI friends is, "what is the result at the end ofday?" The migrant laborer lose .

their job due to your barbaric act of gheraoing register of the campus, the financial assistance delayed with same amount given by UGC and also having nexus with administration keeping the vacant rooms intact and creating obligation to the second room mate and third room mate for vote bank politics. This is the struggle done by dear comrades in our campus for the student community. .

Dear SFI comrades, we warn you not to misguide the JNU students against YFE on the CSIR-UGC (NET) fellowship .

issue. YFE has worked very honestly and sincerely on this issue whether the restoration of NET-JRF seats or the enhancement of fellowship amount. YFE is the only organization which demonstrated in front of CSIR and DST with .

large number of students.YFE got success in both the issues. YFE does not publish anything without any evidence (please see on the back side of the pa mphlet). We are not like SFI comrades who do nothing but tell white lies in their pamphlets to misguide the JNU students. .

Dear comrades, do something good for students. Think about equality in fellowship amount. Why are you silent on the issue of discrimination of fellowship amounts of UGC and RGF? If you think of equality, come and support the issue raised by YFE to equalize all the UGC and RGF fellowships. If you do not think about equality you can not be honest JNUSU representatives. .

Dear friends, Leftist in this campus is for nothing of students care but as agents ofpolitical mafias to misguide the students in negative directions. .

Note: DST and MHRD are the central agencies which plan the policies for the UGC, CSIR, DBT, ICMR and many other R&D funding agencies. DST already has published the office order to all agencies for increasing the fellowships. In response to this order, DBT has already enhanced the fellowship (sec the proof on the back side of pamphlet). The office order from CSIR and other agencies is about to come. .

We congratulate all JNU students for their support in our sh·uggle for full fledged bank facility in our campus. SBI ext branch has started the draft issuing. Till November end, it will be impr·oved very much. .

JNU DRAMA FESTIVAL 2008 .

.

12lh Aug, 2008 Friends. NSUI would like to invile the attention of student community towards the annual drama festival that is going on in the theatre of Ad. Block. Scripted by a vicious and malicious plOl and enacted by the impuissant juvenile comrades of AISA and SFI who are fighting with .

their heart and soul to gain the best drama award of 2008. However this year's edition of the August drama is just a continuation of the .

political farce played out in the name of apology drama last year. The actors are the same~ the manipu lative undercurrents are the same .

only the year is different. Friend::;, NSUI has repeatedly pointed out the anomalies and irregularities in the 2008 admission policy right .

from its forming stage. If the irregularities in the admission policy and process arc there, then none other than left-·.

led-JNUSU is to be held responsible for their misconduct, misinterpretation and misguidance of the student community in the campus. Ever since the Supreme .

Court of India vacated the stay on 27% OOC reservation in higher educational institutions NSUI has strongly demanded the full .

implementation of it in our university but unfortunately our JNU administration has been trying t~ water down the UPA government's .

inclusive reservation policy through \"arious kinds of manipulation and conspiracy with the full support of AISA-lcd-JNUSU. This has become obvious when the Ministry of Human Resources Development rejec ted the initial guidelines brought out by .JNU Academic Council with regard to the implementation of OBC reservation in this year's admissions. .

The subsequent meeting of Academic Council hns rev1ewed its early proposal and decided to have a stage by stage implementation of OBC reservation and seat increase on the basis of .

2006 as a Base Year. ·when all this was happening the JNUSU President and his lieutenants were enjoying their cup of tea nnd giving big round of applause to the administration. After signing all their clandestine and dirty deals with the administration the red stooges are now .

out with their manipulative third rate drama unpalatable to any human consciousness on this earth. The whole administrative mess that has brought the admission process under a serious cloud of suspicion and cynicism is the result of the farcical rotten underhand deals that the casteist comrades ha\·e entered into\\ ith a retrogressive. inefficient and callously indifferent administration. Friend's, this drama is nothing . but an attempt t.o divert attention from the catastrophic failure of JNUSU to address the burning concerns of the student community. NSUl strongly demands that the betrayers of the student community should show at least some principles of political morality at this stage and .

Stt:p down from their positions and call for an urgent UGBM to reestablish the lost sanctity of the JNUSU. .

\\"e demand .

1 A High Level Committee be setup so that a comprehensive ~:tnd impartial inquiry can be held regarding the na"YS and irregularities that have crept into the admission process. .

2. .

To fulfill the quotas ofOBC, PH SC&ST without any delay. .

.

.

3. .

Immediate expansion of infrastmcture development so as to facilitate the proposed 54% scat increase. .

.

4. .

To speed up the process of hostel allotment to nev...· students and open the new hostel within? months. .

.

5. .

To provide TR and SR facilities to ne\vly admitted students within I0 days. .

6. .

Temporarily open up Academic Staff College and student activity centre to new students who are facing acute crisis due to the non availability of Hostel facility. .

.

NSUI STRONGLY \VARNS AISA LUJ\1PENS, WHO ARE CONTINUOUSLY INDULGING IN TEARING UP OUR .

POSTERS AND HORDINGS, THAT IF THEY CONITNUE THEIR UNCIVILISED AND UNDEl\10CRATIC \\'AY THE .

CONSEQUENCES \VILL BE EXTREl\l ELY SEVERE. .
