Meatloaf with feta cheese, gnocchi and zucchini

That's better! Now it's got a half can of gravy on it, and I'll save the other half and use it tomorrow over the meatloaf with a different side dish....which turned out to be cauliflower with cheese sauce on tuesday noon. But this was on monday and I put ketsup all over the meatloaf.

Patrick made meatloaf and his own version of a Velveeta mac and cheese. We used the cute mini shells, and I drizzled my meatloaf with the barbeque sauce from 17th Street Grill. Yum.

I think it looks kind of neat. Depends on whether you like looking at raw meat or not. It needed more salsa. Recipe here.

Tasty! W/ applesauce-based topping and millet instead of bread crumbs.

Sauteed garlic, onions(lots of them) and peppers, with leftover meatloaf, some red sauce, crushed red pepper for some heat and melted cheddar cheese all over open-faced roll. Not bad!
