I made this meatloaf tonight, and I think it turned out well. :) We don't have a lot of spices or anything, so I had to buy a lot of stuff especially for this recipe, like Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, ketchup, thyme, etc... but it's all stuff that hopefully will be good to have around and can be used in future recipes.

Bison & Bacon Meatloaf, dressed with Creole mustard, arugula, tomatoes, roasted garlic aioli, and Nueske’s bacon. Ordered it warm with melted cheddar.
