Sara and Anne made me buffalo meatloaf, creamed spinach with sun dried tomatoes, mashed potatoes, asparagus with grape tomatoes in balsamic vinegar, french onion soup, and apple pie with cheese for dessert. Then I repaid with Tech Support. :)

Everything was absolutely delicious as we both gobbled this down in no time at all!
matilda's birthday party had a theme: April Fool's Day. Carter suggested a cake with a suggestive message ("Enjoy the Meatloaf.")

Dinner 4/4/2008. Recipe came from this blog: theasiangrandmotherscookbook.wordpress.com/2008/02/27/how... My own blog write-up is coming soon.
GARRRROOOOOOSSSS. Too much liquid in this recipe. I would just make what I usually make but add the puree. The orange color was a little strange but there was a lot of tomatoes and ketchup in this. I don't normally add ketchup.
I honestly can't believe this recipe was ever served to anyone. Really. There is no way, even if Jessica Seinfeld were to call me up and tell me personally, that I can imagine this was ever served to ANYONES children.
