For supper this evening, my wife prepared meatloaf, macaroni and cheese, baked beans and a salad.

Roasted asparagus and potatoes from Monday night, and homemade locavore veal meatloaf.

Chris dubbed this "Cholesterol Sindae". Of note: I used 93/7 beef, which is why I had to drape it in bacon (only 3 slices!).

Meatloaf, ranch style beans, cheddar mashed potatoes. The can of beans said "appetite pleasin' !" Also, there was no meat in the beans and I used skim milk in the potatoes. Not all that much cholesterol afterall, and plenty of fiber!

Kith requested a Meatloaf birthday cake this year. I had way too much fun with the neon food coloring in the mashed potato frosting.
