Daily create assignment tdc1588: use the script by John Johnston to let it make a mashup, add a title to it. I made several mashups and added my own text to it.
Since Zoe’s fighter count is going to three, I figured it probably wasn’t fair if Caleb only had two fighters (each of which is actually a derivative anyway). So I asked him what he’d like, and he picked one of the old Thunder Force-inspired builds from the DF series.
And he said he wanted it in black and yellow. One of his other fighters is already yellow, but he insisted.
This one's been difficult to wrestle out of my imagination, but it's finally at a stage where I wanted to post a WIP pic of it. It's going to be absurdly over-armed.
Sometimes I like listening to re-makes and re-imaginings of video game music while I build. If you enjoy having your face melted off, check out this cover/mashup of Lightning Strikes Again/Metal Squad from the Thunder Force IV soundtrack. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I picked up a lens adaptor, this shot is a mashup using a Fuji X-T30 body with a Nikkor 35mm lens attached. I kind of like how you have all that technology and have to work it like a film camera :-)
Imagine the Man, the Action Man, as an X-Wing pilot. How cool is that?
Well, in our house it's quite cool. I found a 12" X-Wing pilot outfit on eBay a while ago. It suits the Action Man quite nicely. It's a mashup of many good things.

Satsuki is the primary antagonist in the anime Kill la Kill. From the looks of things, I'm willing to bet that this is a mash-up of Satsuki's uniform with Star Wars' "Slave Leia" (a.k.a. the Hutt-killer costume).
This is the same cosplayer whom I photographed at AnimeUSA as Ryuko, the series protagonist (same Art Nouveau styled tattoo on the front of her left thigh).

Interesting mashup idea. The Venom symbiote chose the Black Cat (Felicia Hardy) instead of Spider-Man.
