De Jong and van Kampen performed together during the e-culture fair on 23-10-2003 in Paradiso, Amsterdam, at okno public01 in Brussels on 26-5-2006, and at piksel06 in Bergen, Norway on 05-10-2006.
They seek to investigate possible affects for networked playing using an ever evolving collection of software designed to compose musical meaning on the fly. Their computers' network interfaces are used for email but also to have patterns and audio processes interrelate, causing a highly diverse field of small particles, evolving textures as well as swift and drastic movements.

Ils cherchent à examiner les émotions possibles pour les performances en réseau en utilisant une collection de logiciels (qui évolue sans cesse)

The Beaumont Visitor and Conventions Bureau had a four day long Mural Festival, inviting artists from across the country to create new murals around town.
This particular mural went up on a building at the same intersection where the historic Jefferson Theater and The Art Museum of Southeast Texas are located

Earweego are a Cologne based media art duo, working with computer composition, live performance and A/V installations. In the year 2000 Echo Ho and Hannes Hoelzl came together playing electro improvisation, calling themselves acustic Nomads. Weego the cat is a soundwalker and ear carrier; it travels the world to reveal the unheard.
Currently their development draws them towards digital audiovisual group improvisation, mainly using open source software such as Pure Data and SuperCollider. They've been touring around in Europe and China.

Earweego est un duo sino-italien d'art-média basé à Cologne. C'est en 2000 que Echo Ho et Hannes Hoelzl commencent ensemble des improvisations électroniques ; ils se définissent dès lors comme des nomades acoustiques.
Weego le chat est un arpenteur sonore porteur d'oreilles ; il voyage de par le monde pour révéler l'inouï.
En parallèle de leur groupe numérique d'improvisation et de leurs installations multimédia, utilisant des logiciels open source comme Pure Data et SuperCollider, ils entretiennent un fort intérêt pour les appareils analogiques bruts, instruments électroniques fabriqués ou bidouillés, qu'ils emploient aussi bien en live que dans leur salon, dans le jardin ou des installations. My daughter wanted to go to some used book stores in Houston for her birthday, so we decided to take the scenic route so I could photograph the Chambers County Courthouse in Anahuac.
The plan also including stopping at the old Harris County courthouse in Downtown Houston. However, between it starting to rain and not being able to find a place to park, that part of the trip was abandoned.
After visiting three Half Price Books stores, we took US 90 back to Beaumont.
I decided to check out a building that I go past on a frequent basis, but have never actually stopped at.
I don't known when or why the business closed down, and I also don't remember when the murals were painted.

et Amsterdam, Bjørnar Habbestad s'implique dans des projets d'ensembles et de constellation divers, orientés vers la musique classique contemporaine, la musique improvisée et le noise.
Bjørnar Habbestad a présenté en avant-première des travaux de plusieurs
jeunes compositeurs, norvégiens, hollandais et français en tant que soliste, musicien de chambre et d'ensembles dans des festivals tels que ULTIMA , AllEars 2005, le festival d'Avignon, Journée de Composition Paris,Boréalis, MaiJazz, Holland Festival, Autunnale, Music Factory. Il est aussi apparu comme soliste aux côtés de l'Orchestre Symphonique de Trondheim.
Il a participé à des tournées planétaires avec le trio PHÔ (Amsterdam) et a également collaboré avec des musiciens et improvisateurs comme Jazzkammer, Fred Frith, Didi Bruckmayr, Michael Duch, Kjetil Møster and Anders Hana.
Il fait partie de plusieurs ensemble du « N collective » : un duo acoustique avec Dirk Bruinsma (DB), avec USA/USB, un ensemble électro-acoustique avec Jeff Carey et il est aussi membre régulier du N Ensemble.

Audun Eriksen has worked with experimental musical instrument since 1994, designing instruments for the Norwegian performance group "the Four". This includes both acoustical and electronic instruments, often played with unusual and/or theatrical movements. Many instruments have been constructed from recycled materials including circuitbent electronic toys.
"Piece for salad oscillators"
Triple oscillator controlled by the resistance of six "live" salads. Slight variations in resistance over time as the salad collapses creates complex waveforms and the plants modulate eachother.
"Concert with circuitbent toys"
The toys are modulated by flesh (current passed through the body of the performer) and mouth cavity resonance (sound passed through the mouth of the performer and then amplified). Pitch is controlled by preprogrammed light pulses using basic stamps, other microcontrollers and by other techniques.
The controls of the toys are contructed to make the act of playing interesting to watch as well.

Depuis 1994, Audun Eriksen joue de la musique expérimentale, à partir d'instruments qu'il conçoit pour le groupe de performance artistique « The Four ». Ses créations sont à la fois acoustiques et électroniques, très souvent jouées grâce à des mouvements peu communs et théâtraux.
Nombre de ses instruments ont été conçus à partir de matériel de récupération, comme des cirucuits imprimés de jouets électroniques.
Audun Eriksen anime très régulièrement des workshops sur le « circuitbending » (récupération de ces circuits) à TEKS, BEK, Music Technology Study NTNU, ainsi que dans des écoles d'arts où il effectue également des performances.
"Pièce pour oscillateurs de salade"
Un triple oscillateur contrôlé par la résistance de six salades "live". De faibles variations de la résistance au fur et à mesure que les salades s'effondrent créent une forme d'onde complexe et les plantes se modulent entre elles.
"Concert avec jouets modifiés"
Les jouets sont modulés par la chair (le courant passe au travers du corps de l'artiste) et la résonance de la cavité buccale (le son passe au travers de la bouche de l'artiste puis il est amplifié). La hauteur de la note est contrôlée par des impulsions lumineuses préprogrammées par des microcontrôleurs divers (notamment BASIC Stamp) et par d'autres techniques. Les contrôles des jouets sont conçus pour rendre la performance aussi intéressante à regarder qu'à écouter.
