The highest waterfall in Wales and England at Pystill Rheaedr. Well worth a visit.
Taken with Nikon D5100 and Nikkor 10-24mm AF-S F3.5-4.5 lens with NDx8 filter at f9 for 4 secs..
Translucent resin, unpainted, magnets already inserted, no extra magnets included, doesn't fit Fairyland dolls (polarity). Size is for yosd. From 2014. These are sold.
This is xpro1 and the 35mm f1.4. Honestly this is the first shot with the 35mm that I finally see the magic of this lens, combined with the xpro1 sensor.

The glowing mycelium of Mycena chlorophanos inhabiting an old palm frond from a miniature date palm, Phoenix roebelenii. This was captured through a macro lens and a very long exposure in total darkness. Note that only the central portion of the frame is actually in focus. The same shot with the lights on can be seen here.

The glowing mushrooms that were growing on the same tree can be seen here.
The raging winds of Irma, Jose & Nate (2017 hurricane) took down most of the leaves this season, especially in higher elevation. The sporadic temperature swings did not help much with the colors either.
But this hidden treasure by the corner of Blue Ridge Parkway, had protected the beauty of the season. With a slight drizzle, rolling fog along the sparkling creek – the colors of the fall were just a magic to be witnessed.
Magic & Magical places do exist. You just need to believe !

I use softboxes for my flashes..from e-bay, great stuff, cheap..keep your money to learn Photoshop ;-0

I love winter. This magical - yet completely natural - phenomenon appeared just outside my apartment building: a lone ice crystal remains, on a stone in a hole melted in the snow by the sun. It's such astonishing sights that stop me in my tracks with or without a camera - and that's a reason why some friends get annoyed at me when we're on our way somewhere. :)

Walking home from the Hirosaki Yuki Matsuri 2011 we found this small 5mx5m spot just outside the gates. It was lit up in such a beautiful way with no-one around and music softly playing from some building nearby. Magical!
