Sometimes when I see that an image has been waiting in my queue since 2018 I have a hard time believing that I had not posted it before. So I go searching through my albums. I should have a better system....

Hope this finds you cheered up.

A beautiful tie died balloon, to wish a very Happy 10 Years to Macro Mondays, HMM to all macro lovers! :)

Happy Macro Monday to all the Macro lovers!

Another Macro Monday complete. Thanks for all the favorites and comments and congratulations to all of those who made Explore this week!!

I could stand it no longer LOL. Today was a lovely sunny day (until the storm hit) and I walked around to my neighbour's garden with my camera. I am so tired of not being able to do anything so hopefully the surgeon will be able to offer some relief when I see him on Tuesday.

A BIG happy autumn mushroom season to all fellow macro lovers!

Playing with my lensbaby velvet. Love it.

Coreopsis basalis, commonly known as the goldenmane tickseed, is a North American plant species in the sunflower family. It is native to the southeastern and south-central United States from Texas to the Carolinas

We have been having lots of wind here the last few weeks and I was trying to take some photos of a dandelion and I couldn't keep it still. I put it amongst a Grevillea in a sheltered part of the garden and here is the result. I love the delicate white amongst the red.

It has been another very hot day here in Sydney again today. I went out into my garden in the late afternoon when there was a nice breeze blowing (not very good for photos though). As I was wandering around with my camera this little damselfly landed on some ground cover that we have in the garden.

I have been to see the surgeon today. Everything is going well and I don't have to see him for 5 weeks.

We are having computer problems (haven't been able to get on all day), but it seems to be working at the moment. I think it is time for an upgrade. I will try and come back later on my hubby's laptop and catch up with you all.

I was busy yesterday and completely forgot to add my photo yesterday. I spotted this flower in another neighbour's garden and have no idea what it is called, but it is very pretty.

I found out the name - it is Bleeding Heart Glorybower (Clerodenrum).

Bien que la plupart des muscaris actuellement cultivés soient inodores, le nom de « Muscari » vient du grec muschos, (musqué), car certaines variétés ont une odeur musquée.

I love flower photography. I need to make time to do it more, another of my favorite photos

A lot of the flowers are disappearing as the weather gets cooler, but I noticed this new bud opening amongst the fading beauties.

Enjoy your day! Always nice to see you.

It was such a pleasure to be out today with like minded macro lovers. Thanks to my friend Judy Gallagher I was able to see these just hatched Leaf-footed Bugs? Such a delightful day and delightful company.

I love this Hibiscus which is blooming at the moment in my neighbour's garden, and as most of the flowers are disappearing for the Winter, it is a welcome spot of colour in the garden.

We have been out all day visiting Peter's Dad who turned 92 years old today - still going strong, lives by himself in his own home, and still drives.

It has been blowing a gale here today, not ideal for taking macro photos, so I have been looking through my archives. These were taken some time back (two years ago to be exact) in my neighbour's garden. I was taking photos of his beautiful roses when I noticed the little spider.
