Beats my old Nehalem 8 core by 4678 points. The fastest score I've seen on Geekbench with a similar system is 23771. Which would make it 5931 points higher than my Nehalem Mac Pro.... glad I sold it. :-)

Well, after having upgraded the MacPro to Lion in an attempt to get the iCal program to sync using iCloud onto my iPhone and iPAD 2, I lost the wireless connection to my printer. My bil came over yesterday and reinstalled the printer. He told me that I could sync photo stream but would need to upgrade to iLife '11. I couldn't find that bundle but found iPhoto '11 and reluctantly after reading the reviews decided to upgrade. I looked at TimeMachine but couldn't figure out how to do it; so, just dived in with the installation. Of course, I know that my photos are archived on Flickr. That's why I don't worry about losing them. Will update later after this has been completed.

So far, it seems to be working fine. The photos that were on my iPAD 2 that I had deleted from my SD card are now in iPhoto '11 on my Mac Pro. Yay! It worked with all 36,759 pictures that I have on my Mac Pro. :D

Now I'm off to the dentist for my first appointment for a CROWN to repair the tooth that broke on Christmas Eve while we were in Vegas. I pray that goes as well as upgrading iPhoto. :-D (Don't really like going to the dentist.)

While in Paris, I came across this shop selling rat poison. One has to admit that their window display is not of the regular kind.
