Our Australian holiday, day 5
Mac Pro, "Late 2013" model in home setting, actually manufactured and shipped in June 2014. This particular specimen is the top-end configuration, save for memory, which is the least configured option at 12 GB (3 x 4 GB). Memory kits already available include two 128 GB variants, as of June 2014 priced at $2k and $2.5k. Memory configuration prices are thought to be the least favorable at product introduction, which explains the reasons for this particular configuration.

Mine (left) came over to play.
I thought I would lose my fingers hauling it to my car, but it was definitely worth it.
(A real nerd took this photo, not me.)
Ken took this photo of me the other day with his 3D setup, which is actually a pair of good pocket cameras carefully calibrated on a rod together. Use your red-blue 3D glasses, not the newfangled Avatar ones, to check it out. I love how the lucite iCurve looks invisible, so the laptop looks like it's floating.
