Ordered on April 7th, almost a month later, its finally on its way. Not too bad of a wait compared to some people who had to wait 2+ months for theirs.

So far I'm loving the new 20-inch monitor, strange little keyboard, and mouse.

part of my desk at work. A Mac Pro (2008 model) is beneath it.

SSD or more RAM could really get this thing peaking out at 400fps plus. Currently off a G-RAID 2TB to Mac Pro internal 1TB it's average 286fps. This is 3x faster than my 8 core Nehalem 2.93GHz. The total time to encode the DVD to H.264 was 9 minutes.

The New 17" Power Mac pro in the store window.

I was attracted on the clean, white store design and the circular window display, and of course the power mac too.

My computer desk and appropriate setup.

It is well past its glory days but believe it or not it still goes like the clappers.
