One of the lines that made me chuckle during a sales chat with the Apple Store folks, I wanted to buy myself a Mac Pro 8 core. It's been quite a desire for now and after some downtime I thought I'd plunge for it, the refurb ones weren't bad of a price (save about £350) so I went for it.
Now... this is where it gets even MORE interesting. After opening up the Mac and inspecting it I discovered, that the whole thing is SPECC'D OUT! Not only does it have the RAM i wanted in the first place (8gb instead of 6gb). It contains a better GFX card and 1TB hdd (instead of 640gb). Thank you Apple!
Right now I'm backing up shit but I dont know why... I should be on it now! Anyway, here's a shot of it, will take more if I can think of any more fancy positions, squeee!
