A story never told is one that has been lost in time. I seem to keep finding them.

It is okay to feel lost sometimes.
It does not mean you have failed.
It does not mean you are broken.
It simply means you are human, navigating a life that does not always come with clear directions.
We all have moments where the path feels uncertain, where we question everything, even ourselves. That is part of growing. Part of becoming.
So if you are feeling lost, give yourself permission to pause. Breathe. Take one small step forward. It is okay to not have all the answers. You do not have to have it all figured out right now.
Start small.
Take one gentle step in the direction of what feels right, even if you are unsure where it leads.
Listen to your heart, lean into what brings you peace, and trust that clarity will come in time.
You are not alone in this feeling, and you will not feel this way forever.
Keep going, even slowly, because moving forward does not always look like running. Sometimes, it looks like simply standing up, or choosing to begin again.
You are doing better than you think. You got this.
