This is between Ash Springs and Alamo Nevada off US-93. I've only driven this part a few times, but it's barren and not the kind of place to break down, super hot in the summer.

Forsythia, also known as garden forsythia, gold lilac or gold bells, is a frequently planted ornamental shrub. It is a hybrid of two species from the forsythia genus. This belongs to the olive tree family.

I took a walk this Saturday to see what's growing and to see how my favourite park looked like.
When I arrived and saw all the colorful flowers slowly appearing form the bushes and the ground, I instantly took my camera gear out to try different angles of shade, light and bokeh.
This was the result of one of my favourite shots with my smaller camera A6000. The bokeh became perfect with a small amount of sunlight gazing from the side. This purple color is just too beautiful and literally pops out from the Winter dull colors, greeting Spring.
Hello Spring here I come.....

I saw this cow and I do take a picture of him that day, but then he was gone after the day I took a picture of him, I was so sad because many thoughts appeared in my head, is he killed by the butcher? etc. flic.kr/p/2nRmDgv
today I was passing through the field and saw him, and I am really happy for he is alive then I called him and he towards me (he didn't say anything, of course he can't speak, haha), I think it's definitely some kind of lost and found.
I deeply hope he has a happy life and healthy. 🐃

Lost Farm is the younger sister to The Dunes. Its name comes from the fact that the original owner of this former farmland, decided to turn it into two world class golf courses. What was marginal quality farmland, was perfect for challenging links golf.
Here is a description from the Barnbougle website:
"With the reputation of Barnbougle Dunes continuing to augment, the idea of a second course at Barnbougle was conceived. In December 2010, Lost Farm, the 20 hole sister to The Dunes, opened for play.
Designed and constructed by Coore & Crenshaw on the steeper and more dramatic sand dunes across the river from The Dunes, Lost Farm was developed with similar design principles – that the best links courses compliment the natural topography of the land.
Lost Farm has quickly captured the attention of international golfers of all abilities. Within weeks of opening, Lost Farm was rated the No.2 public course in Australia by Golf Australia Magazine, and within 8 months it entered the World Top 100 List (by U.S. Golf Magazine) at No.82. Lost Farm now ranks No.23 in the World (U.S. Golf Digest).
Despite the close proximity of the courses, they are remarkably different. The topography of the land on which the Dunes lies rolls in and out of the sand dunes along the coast, whilst the sand dunes on which Lost Farm lies are steeper and more dramatic. The Lost Farm plays along the coast and inland and also features 20 holes – 13a, which was built as a substitute hole but was too good to leave out of the route, and 18a – a very short par 3 leading golfers to the bar and clubhouse."
