Perdu (Lost)

Patrice

Lost

Where are we, my friend?

What happened to us?

Where are the sea and the birds?

This world is unknown to me

And this strange sky above?

It is beautiful as a phantasm, but I no longer recognize

the star that I love;

To which universe it belongs?

Are we lost at East of Eden?

Lost in the blackness of the world filled by fakes?

On this immensity without horizon

You are my landmark

On this world buried beneath these phantasms and unable to see the truth;

I will be your landmark

Inventing a new world. . .

Look, that will guide us

This will not happen without effort, without an effort of memory and hope.

When the essential is lost, there is always the future.

It is with you and all those who resemble you that I want to invent it

And to find my lost star

Patrice

Nature is everything you see,

Everything you want, everything you like.

Everything we know, everything we believe,

Everything you feel in yourself.

She is beautiful for who sees her,

She is good to the one who loves her,

She's fair when you believe it

And respect it in yourself.

Look at the sky, he sees you,

Kiss the earth, she loves you.

The truth is what we believe

In nature it's yourself

Like a lost soul slowly sinking down to hell!

Happy Truck Thursday!

For Smile on Saturday.

This is in a neighbour's garden, every time she found a lost flipflop, or thong as we call them in Australia, she would bring it home and nail it on the dead branch of her tree. She no longer lives there but the tree and the flipflops remain.

Many thanks for your visits, kind comments and faves, very much appreciated.

I hope I can find some new.

Have a wonderful evening, people!

In the valleys of the Atlas mountain range it is possible to spot several Kasbah, fortresses. Some are still Inhabited, some aren't, some are there as turistic attractives, but the time isn't so kind with this type of building. But, this place, with some palm trees before and the mountain behind, inspired me the idea of a "lost city". So here it is my lost Kasbah. Don't you agree?

I just found this in my January file, looked like it was all ready to go.

This cat walked around the neighborhood all day and night seeking shelter. The next day my neighbor posted a photo of the cat on Facebook and in less than two hours she was back in her warm home ... two miles from our neighborhood. At first, I thought she was one of my neighbor's cats, because she has like three.

Thank you very much for the kind comments and faves, much appreciated!🙋‍♀️

;)) Have a great Thursday,dear flickr friends!
