O'Reilly lobster CoOp is also a workshop for artists along HWY1 in Maine. The owner, Mr. O'Reilly, used to drive that 1947 Chevy truck to haul his lobsters but it got totalled in a car accident. Since then, it 's been sitting there as a roadside attraction. It certainly worked for me!
This stunning Lobster Thermidor recipe, a French dish, is surprisingly simple to make. Lobster shells are stuffed with cooked lobster in a creamy, buttery, white wine sauce, then topped with Parmesan cheese and broiled until golden.

“Books... are like lobster shells, we surround ourselves with 'em, then we grow out of 'em and leave 'em behind, as evidence of our earlier stages of development.”

Sh2-157, also known as the Lobster Claw Nebula, is a bright emission nebula in the constellation Cassiopeia. It lies just south of the better-known Bubble Nebula (NGC 7635). The Lobster Claw Nebula is approximately 11050 light years (3390 parsecs) from the Earth. The predominantly yellow part of the nebula is a very large H II region that is ring-shaped by the stellar wind of several giant stars, including the bright and very young Wolf-Rayed star WR 57. The small bright region at the left and up of center of the image is Lyn's Bright Nebula 537 (LBN537 or Sharpless 157a). The blue colored regions at the right part of the image mainly consist of highly ionized oxygen (OIII) and other gases. The small open star cluster NGC 7510 is located at the bottom right part. I really love the aesthetic of Lobster Johnson (vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/hellboy/images/f/f5/Get_the_L...) and I've had this guy built for a while. Thought it was time I finally uploaded him.
The Preparation Is Just as Elegant as the Result!
Silky smooth, velvety, creamy, mouthy, almost ethereal and unbelievably full of flavor! There are many lobster bisque recipes out there, but this one is the one that they are all formulated from. Unlike stews and chowders, a bisque’s flavor comes from the shells of the crustacean, not the meat. A classic lobster bisque recipe requires you to first sauté and then simmer the shells to extract every morsel of flavor (bisque originates from the French words “bis cuites” meaning twice cooked). It's going to take some time to make, but don't be daunted by the complexity because the result, as I said, is well worth the effort. Pretty soon, after making it a second and third time, you will be able to do it from memory without even thinking....

Don't worry, while the lobster & bear are both real, I was added to the photo later using AI.
Note careful use of lens hood shadow so as not to blind the lobster.
