We look at the world and see what we have learned to believe is there. We have been conditioned to expect.... but, as photographers, we must learn to relax our beliefs.

Rossnowlagh beach, still pulling in the surfers, and on an evening like this I was jealous of their fun.
Light show out over the English Channel, virtually a straight shot with only a few adjustments.
Photographed from Beachy Head, East Sussex - UK
Another shot captured when I was walking in a park in an early morning before work. It was a very misty morning and as sun rose, light created those amazing light beams. I am really a light-chasing geek.
Fun with light just after dawn.

A Day in Lofoten. Lofoten is definitely one of the most beautiful places i ever visited by Nature. When this suddenly happened infront of my eyes i was left in Awe and i am still working on getting my jaw back together. These Lightrays was up for only a brief moment and i did my best to capture them as good as i could.
this is the part 2 of 4 of an on-going 4-man collaboration. still waiting for my other friends to finish the image.

It was not my first time in Norway, but every time someone speaks about the viking country, it's this day that pops into my head. We got up early; crawled out of our tent while the stars were still covering the sky. A few hours hike to our destination: Preikestolen. One of Norway's great landmarks - and one that stayed in my soul since then. The morning raised and by the time we reached the plateau, the sun was already some minutes above the mountain range, covered behind a thick coat of clouds. Wind was pushing the low hanging grey into the land. A theatre like, rays of light were illuminating parts of the landscape from time to time to catch our attention. Mountains as far as the eye can see, only interrupted by the fjord, 600m below our feet.
