Part of my Light Painting (Set)
Created with an extended exposure using an LED white light unit. This shot (as with all my light painting photos) is SOOC except for the border and signature.
Thanks to Jane in Colour for her encouragement.
Please check out her wonderful photos here: Light in Motion
Trinity house lightship, LV18. Fully restored and the only one with original features. Normally moored in Harwich but temporally at the Ipswich waterfront. Feature in the film the boat that rocked.
Just remembered this one when Julie mentioned cold nights and the sound of frozen snow under the shoes!!!
BTW, the garbage can are for recycling..only pure "for burning" stuff in that one, everything else like glass, paper, PET-bottles etc etc are to be carried to special containers!
Long exposure time shot.
Drew the light with an LED flashlight shining through a small lens. Then fired an SB-800 with an amber colored gel to highlight the scene. This was a very subtle color -- looks like white.

Badass Takua edition :P
So I sat down today with intention of collecting joints and hinges that's have been scattered in all of the various Lego bins I have... But that quickly went out the window when I found a big black technic piece. I soon built a rifle around that. I then wanted a basic model to showcase said rifle upon, that also went out the window pretty quickly too.
So this is a complete spur of the afternoon build and I guess its similar to the Vezok I amped up a few years back.
God I miss Bionicles!
A friend and I had intentions of going out for a late morning run. A light mizzle derailed that plan and we opted to drive to the bakery for scones and hot chocolate instead. These lights were on the window sill and I have a fascination with lightbulb filaments.
left alone with the camera for any extended period of time and I'm bound to do something that will potentially embarass my wife. "what is that?" she said. "light painting." i replied. "you're stupid." she said as she walked away.
