an experiment with a 1ox magnifier filter on my Canon. I found that to sharpen it up a bit I had to use the High pass filter in PS.

Help me out with identifying this tree. I know I should know it but it escapes me. The leaves are huge and long bean like seeds hang from the tree.

out on a little nature walk with the kids and saw a pretty leaf...

The background was a sheet of card from a local craft shop. I quite like this colour.

This was dangerous to set up. My camera was on that railing that you see balanced with no support, because I set the timer and went on the other side of the leaf. There's not as much attention on the drops as I would have liked. But still, I give myself an A for effort.

Evidently, I'm not too good at posing too.
