kalt, kälter, gefroren kalt Es war nur kurz wieder Sonnig eher es wieder so kalt war, dass Eiskristalle sich wieder auf die natur legte.

cold, colder, frozen cold it was only a short sunny more it was so cold that ice crystals are put back on the nature.

The days are getting shorter, the sunlight weaker. I sit outside and enjoy the delicate rays of sun on my face, like this still green leaf.

Die Tage werden kürzer, das Sonnenlicht schwächer. Ich sitze draußen und genieße die zarten Sonnenstrahlen auf meinem Gesicht, genauso wie dieses noch grüne Blatt.

Leaf under the spot light .

A single leaf seems to show off all the brilliance of autumn in one stroke. Most have faded by now as November closes in!

A fallen covered in frosty ice crystals which nicely pick out the veining.

I posted this exact image in B&W yesterday, and here is the colored version of this Elephant Ear leaf underside.

I'm torn between which one I like better, the glorious green version or the detailed and contrasty black and white version. In the end I would probably favor the colored image, as I am in love with colors!
